My original blog at http://blogtext.org/naturalborncitizen was totally wiped out. Now it’s on again off again and it appears slow as usual. So, I’ll leave it up as a museum piece and for back checking the actual court documents. My Google blogspot (blogger.com) blog http://thenaturalborncitizen.blogspot.com has also been placed on a spam alert despite many attempts to verify that I am not a bot. Perhaps they will realize I am not a bot soon and change it up.
Regardless, I have now moved my official blog once more. Here I am at Word Press and I hope it’s going to work out.

By the way, I thought you were not very fair to the caller “Dave” from “Toronto” on the recent radio program. He was not a hostile caller and I thought you jumped too hard on what you saw as his errors of fact. To me it seemed he wanted something clarified that he never got to explain.
That said, good luck with your fight for the US Constitution. Obama must be fully aware he is not eligible, and therefore it truly surprises me that you said you bear him “no ill will.”

Thank you Mr. Donofrio for all you are doing. This takes much time and much dedication and I am proud to call you my fellow American ! Many appreciate your hard work so much and thank you for your concern to keep our Constituion On Board and not let us excuse anyone running for president if they do not meet the qualifications. We must keep our Costitution alive and it must be taught in our schools, so future generations will respect it and understand this beautiful document our For Fathers authored for all of us and the ones to come!

Leo…general question…when you consider the fact that there are thousands of people in the country who have a common ancestor with Obama, why hasn’t anyone been able to talk one into asking the SOS in Hawaii to fork over the BC per the state law? Even the VP has a common ancestor according to his wife Lynn.

Good job.I think you are doing well in your interviews.You can’t allow private misinterpretations of law by well-meaning callers to slip by,else you appear do be endorsing them.The same goes for your wise move with Lan.The background of Obama is not the paramount issue here.Yes,there is ample evidence of his Marxist leanings and communist upbringing and socialist platform.But a bunch of rantings and diatribes would only hurt your case and credibility.Lan attacked and discredited Berg and Martin,and was about to do the same with you.Nor do callers mentioning militias help in any way.People are frustrated,but need to stay focused on working within our corrupt system until it collapses.Talking about anything else is detrimental to the goal of giving SCOTUS the benefit of the doubt that they are upholders of our constitution.

Leo, hope you have found a home. I do like keeping up to date. I understand clearley what you are saying.
As a lay person I once had to get sound legal advice. That persons words still ring clear to me. In law you need to bring it right down to a pinpoint.
While I know in your writings you say that it right there and you are talking about the actual wording of the Constitution. To me it is very clear but even better is when you said “there is something un-natural about the birth of Mr. Obama. To me that is it in a nut shell those 1+1=2.

Leo will win on Qualification. Supremes can’t stay the election. Congress chooses election dates for Pres. Legislatures choose the Electors. Congress chooses the date of counting Electors votes. Congress could set new dates for popular and Elector voting. Not much time for new popular vote, New Pres. Jan20. The Legislatures can pick the Electors with or without a popular vote. In 2000 the Florida House Reps voted to award Bush the Electors. FL Sen didn’t because Supremes intervened. Congress may do nothing, Electoral College DEC15 is the date now. Not enough time for popular election. Legislatures will have to choose Electors. Congress should set new popular and Electoral College dates. Got til Jan20

I notice in your your Application For Emergency Stay you include the following:
“McCain is none of the above. He wasn’t born on United States
soil and he wasn’t naturalized in the United States. Instead,
McCain may claim citizenship from 8 USC 1403(a):
“Any person born in the Canal Zone on or after February 26, 1904, and whether before or after the effective date of this chapter, whose father or mother or both at the time of the birth of such person was or is a citizen of the United States, is declared to be a citizen of the United States.”
Senator McCain’s Certificate of Live Birth was released in June 2008, revealing that he was born in the city of Colon, Panama, which in 1936 was outside the Panama Canal Zone. So I am wondering whether Mr. McCain can indeed claim citizenship from 8 USC 1403(a), or does he claim it from other legislation?

I believe in the constitution. I pray that the supreme court justices go by the US constitution when administrating their duties. Although I am not thrilled with the idea of “President Palosi”. However since Biden won’t be able to be sworn in as President, since BO can’t be President …the third in line IS the Speaker of the House.

Actually I truly doubt that the Supreme Court can McCain as president, because he did not win the election. THe only thing they have the power to do according to the constitution of the US is to pass the Presidency on to the NEXT person in line. Sadly that is the Speaker of the House, NANCY PALOSI

but im not sure what hospital he was born in either… so, giving him the benefit of the doubt, a I have done with Obama in Hawaii, it doesn’t change anything. neither were eligible for potus.

But many Americans are praying for the SCOTUS to hear your case and follow the Constitution of this Great Nation. I use to snicker at claims made by conspiracy therorist until I began researching the Obama citizenship/eligibility for president issue. Now I see that our nations soveriengty and freedom is in jeopardy. Anyone with two brain cells to rub together will quickly learn that there is a very insideous effort afoot to destroy our constitution. Donofrio and others have been bullied, harrassed and denigrated by people in our judicial system to keep this from the purview of the surpreme court. What is not being anticipated by the Barach-opods is that there will be a civil backlash of unprecedented proportions if a usurper is permitted to steal the highest position in the world. Our constitution is the only thing that separate us from totalitarian rule and it will be defended to the death by millions, me included.

I had dealings with Alan Keyes lawyer in 2000 when I ran as a Forbes delegate and a Keyes alternate delegate. The Keyes people knew I had been put on the ballot by Forbes as a delegate, but since he was about to leave the race and they were continuing to run they asked me to fill out the slate in New York because they were short of people to run as delegates or alternate delegates to the Republican National Convention. I hesitantly agreed because I saw nothing in the NY State Election Law which prohibited such activity, and because I wanted to maintain a suit I had brought in the EDNY on the form of the ballot. In 2000 the Republicans ran names on the ballot for delegates and alternates with a small line saying these folks were pledged for this candidate.So you’d find yourself running against a NY State Senator in your CD who would be on the Bush slate. You not only had to overcome Bush, but also that Senator’s good will. An impossible task. When the case went to a hearing the Keyes attorney turned on me when the State Committees Attorney pointed out that I was on both slates. Bottom line, the Keyes legal staff cannot be trusted! They are profidious as well as stupid! You have the right tact to take in this matter because you don’t know what Obama is holding in that vault in Honolulu. And forensic experts or not there are people who have become expert at falsifying documents…even to the point of obtaining paper from the period in which the original forms were printed. The phoney Alien Autopsy film was shot on a film stock that was available in 1947, what finally gave it away as being a phony was that they used somesought of camera that left a marker on the track of the film and that camera only became available in the 1960s. Don’t get pulled in with Keyes and his chronies there is possibly a hidden agenda there of some political nature that will only destroy your case and your reputation. I would suggest that if your case is not accepted by SCOTUS

I would suggest that if your case is not accepted by SCOTUS that you begin a new plenary action using your theory with another attorney and new voters as plaintiffs in the Federal Courts under the Civil Rights Act.
I would suggest you try South Carolina and go against the McCain electors, but also name Obama and seek that he be enjoined from taking the oath and that the Chief Justice or any other duly authorized government official be enjoined from giving the oath to Obama. You can go by order to show cause.
Hopefully, you may be able to find a Republican District Judge in S.C. who is sitting as the Emergency Judge for that week and he will not only sign the Show Cause Order, but he will also issue a preliminary injunction. Once you’ve got an injunction it now becomes necessary for Obama to get it lifted either at the Circuit or by SCOTUS. This I believe is the only way you can entrap him into acknowledging that he is not a natural born citizen.
All the other suits are going to fail, as you realize, as well as the FOIA attempt by Keyes in Hawaii. That guy from Chicago/NY tried that and it failed. They simply aren’t going to give up his birth certificate. Perhaps the only way that it could be found is by supoening other records from governmental entities which Obama may have had to present it to such as schools, motor vehicle bureaus, bar associations, etc. where a copy might be lurking in the dark recess of some file.
If your not bounched by SCOTUS on Monday and your just hanging up there, then I’d suggest that you make up a supoena for Obama’s records from Columbia University either on your signature or if you prefer, the signature of Justice Thomas. You friend from CT might try this one also with Scalia, as he has more time, and get supoenas for NYS DMV, Columbia, Harvard, Occidental, the US Department of State for passports and visa issued to Obama, and Homeland Security for Immigration and Custom records on Obama and his mommy going back to 1960. The government has had a very extensive computerized system to monitor travel by citizens of the United States and other nations both into and out of the U.S. If Obama went to Pakistan on an Indonesiam passport and returen to the U.S. on it, it would show up in that historic database. Likewise if Mommy was in Kenya in the Spring and Summer of 1961 when she was not in attendance at the University of Hawaii then it would show her entry and exit. I personally don’t think Obama was born in Hawaii, but rather in Kenya. That Ann Dunham left him there with Mr. Obama and his grandmother and returned to US to attend the University of Washington were she was registered for the Fall 1961 Semester. I further believe that either Mr. Obama or more likely the Dunhams registered his live birth in Hawaii. No one at that time would’ve ever thought that he would become President. There was not direct air route from Hawaii to Kenya so they would’ve had to go to the US and then to Britain to get there. Likewise here return would’ve been the same. I checked old air line route maps from the period about this.
Please don’t give up…just reformulate and go after the DHS and school records.

The Twentieth Amendment provides in relevant part:
“Section 3. If, at the time fixed for the beginning of the term of the President, the President elect shall have died, the Vice President elect shall become President. If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.”
I interpret this section to mean that you can still be “elected” to the Office of President but still fail to qualify for that office. Clearly, to qualify (to be eligible) for that office, Article II tells us, among other things, that the person has to be a “natural born Citizen.” Hence, this issue is far from dead.
Also, based on this article, should Obama not qualify for President, then Vice President elect Biden will act as President until a President shall have qualified.
Wikipedia also states that “a]s a result of this amendment, if the election of President and/or Vice President ends up in the Congress because it could not be resolved by the Electoral College, the new Congress, not the old one, is the one that becomes involved.” If this statement is correct and if the Electoral College does not decide the issue of Obama’s qualification (eligibility), the new Congress would have to do so.
The question then becomes how to present the proper application to the Electoral College and/or the new Congress on the issue of whether Obama qualifies (is eligible ) to be the next President of the United States.
One other point, it could be dangerous to wait for the Cort decision to come out. That decision could come after the Elector College votes and after Congress still has time to take action. A tactical decision has to be made here.

Thank you Leo for doing everything you could to keep
the country honest (the politicians, the Press, the Churches, the government) and uphold our Constitution. I am still perplexed about the Supreme Court Justices’ failure to speak up collectively, or even as individuals. My heart is broken for our young people.
Is it possible that the SC feared being trumped by the 5th amendment – that they would order the dreaded birth certificate from Hawaii but would be publically denied?
Is it possible that the media so fears for their own jobs that they dare not express their own thoughts?
Maybe one good thing could come from the birth certificate issue (which is just one small thread in this terrible situation): that every American can gain access to his/her own real birth certificate when they reach age 18? Few people realize that adoptees are NEVER IN THEIR LIFETIME ALLOWED ACCESS TO THEIR OWN IDENTIFICATION. And I would guess a second huge group of people without a real birth certificate or an amended one – those who as babies were fraudulently given to someone else to raise or just given fraudulent information on their bc’s. NOBODY ENFORCES ANY LEGAL CONTROL OF ID IN THIS COUNTRY AND TODAY WE SEE AND SUFFER THE ULTIMATE RESULT.
