THE MOTHER OF ALL CONSPIRACY THEORIES – OBAMA HAS A TWIN
From Olberman at MSNBC and right on down the line with very few exceptions, I’ve been labeled a tin foil hat sporting freak show loony toon… and for what? I questioned whether a man – who admits his birth status was governed by the laws of Great Britain – is a “natural born Citizen” under our Constitution.
Well, I don’t really give a rats booty product what the media says. It’s all lies and spin anyway. But what does bother me is that they’ve insulted my artistic abilities. I am an artist, damn it to hell! (See resume below.) And if I wanted to create a conspiracy theory, I would have done something far more grandiose than mundane. I believe the following will earn the title of:
THE MOTHER OF ALL CONSPIRACY THEORIES – BARACK OBAMA HAS A TWIN
OBAMA HAS A TWIN
BOOK TWO OF THE PARACLETE
Stranded in the dead of Winter on a Nevada desert highway, alternator busted, black as death night. And the Spirit of the Lord came to me and shewn unto me a vision of the Antichrist twins – two Obamas with neon disco t-shirts.
One said “THIS ONE” and the other said “THAT ONE”.
THIS ONE is meek, and THAT ONE is strong. THIS ONE is afraid. THAT ONE never forlorn.
And the Lord sheweth me UP CLOSE the brows of their foreheads…
“THAT ONE” has two furrows in his brow
“THIS ONE” has a totally flat brow
THE HYMN NUN
And then the Lord shewn unto me a young girl with jet black hair. I saw her father – a Knight In Satan’s Service (KISS) – dedicate his daughter’s life to Satan.
And her name was STANLEY.
And when she cometh of age, she was given to Satan and knew him by ritual to bear his humanly fruit.
The Lord telleth me to breaketh down her full name and useth a dictionary to understandeth the meaning therefore of her name’s riddle.
- Lade: to put a load in, to burden with a load
- Nun: a woman belonging to a religious order
- Hymn: a song of praise
STANLEY ANN DUNHAM
The coven chanted a hymn in dual verse couplet as she mated with Satan. This was the hymn I heard:
SATAN HANDLE MY NUN — AN MY NUN HELD SATAN
A NUN LED SATAN HYMN — SATAN LADE HYMN NUN
Each verse is an anagram of her name.
And the Lord showeth me the number of her name and it was 666. 16 letters and 2 spaces = 18 characters. 18 = 3 x 6 = 6+6+6
REVELATION 13:16-18:
- It forced all the people, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to be given a stamped image on their right hands or their foreheads,
- 17
- so that no one could buy or sell except one who had the stamped image of the beast’s name or the number that stood for its name.
- 18
- Wisdom is needed here; one who understands can calculate the number of the beast, for it is a number that stands for a person. His number is six hundred and sixty-six.
It is the name of a man – STANLEY – but given to a woman to fulfill the prophecy.
THE DRAGON AND THE BEAST(S)
And the Lord turneth me to REVELATION 13 again:
“The dragon gave it his own power and throne, together with great authority. I noticed that one of the beast’s heads seemed to have been mortally wounded, but this mortal wound was healed. In wonderment, the whole world followed after the beast. Men worshipped the dragon for giving his authority to the beast; they also worshipped the beast…”
And then the Lord showeth me “THIS ONE” assassinated by a mortal bullet wound to the head.
The whole world saw it live on the televsion. And the whole world weeped.
But then – “The Prestige” of “THAT ONE” was brought forth to trick the whole world into thinking he was raised from the dead.
“THAT ONE” is the beast of Revelations.
THE DRAGON
And then the Lord showeth me a rat that slithered like a snake and the rat flew across the desert sky as in an animated film.
And the prince turned into a serpent and the serpent into a man wearing a very silly hat and silk robe carrying a staff with a bent cross holding the Lord, who winked at me from the staff and did some cool hand jive.
And then a phat hip hop beat broke like thunder and the Lord sangeth out to me:
“RATZINGER IS THE BEAST, POPE RATZINGER IS THE BEAST”
And then the Lord showeth me a coronation, white smoke above the Vatican as the BEAST gave his power to “THAT ONE” and proclaimed “THAT ONE” to be the second coming of the Lord
All of those powerful elite coven families who guarded their bloodlines masquerading as Protestants had prepared by converting to Catholicism.
And when the BEAST enthroned “THAT ONE” and passed the Fisherman’s Ring thereto, those Protestants worshipped “THAT ONE OBAMA” as if he were the LORD.
And “THAT ONE” was given power over the whole world as he blasphemed the Lord enslaving the people who would not accept “THAT ONE’s” goofy mark.
ALL WERE FORCED TO WORSHIP THAT ONE OBAMA
And then I woke up from my nap at the poker table in Caesars, Atlantic City during a break in a WSOP Circuit Event. First prize was $29,666. I won the championship ring but so as not to take the unholy number, I choppeth the money with 2nd and 3rd place. (True story for the IRS. I have signatures.)

Pride can make or break a man Leo. Your accomplishments are great, but not as great as the challenge at hand. I read your “Dream”, and have seen one similar myself. I have also, as a young boy, dreamed of a dragon whom I fled from. Until now, the meaning of that dream was meaningless………..but now the meaning is clear to me.
There is one thing I have learned in my time, Leo, and that is that even the most fantastic tale is based on some fact, however small it may be. The trick is finding the fact’s which inspired the tale…….because then you see into the authors mind as well!

The truths you have shared in your previous blogs were shocking and compelling. Compelling to all true lovers of freedom to stand, teach and inform fellow citizens. Your efforts to educate the America you love is truly courageous and challenges all of us to do more to preserve our constitution for the generations to come. Thank you Leo, thank you that you have opened many eyes to the truth of the DNC and GOP fielding two ineligible candidates.
I only wonder, as I am sure many others wonder. Why/?Why? Why?
Why cause chaos, why cause instability, why cause the citizens to distrust their government and the processes that are supposed to protect us?
The only reason I can come up with is to destablize the US and cause us to loose our national sovereignty.

You can be born on another planet…
have a single person claim to be your legal parent with a Hawaiian address as their residence the last 12 months…
have that person claim that you were born at home without the aid of a midwife or any other witnesses…
have that person create an affidavit and fill out an application for “Certficate of Delayed Birth”…
file it YEARS later…
be issued a “CertificATION of Life Birth”…
and show no more verification of American citizenship than Barack Obama has!

Phil Berg filed another application for stay to Justice Kennedy on Friday and it seems pretty good to this non-legal guy. The interesting point in the application was the use of Cort’s case as support for the motion.
Does this now link them to the hip for the duration Leo?

Good luck Monday, 12/15. I hope and expect that SCOTUS will finally do the right thing. I can’t imagine they would let BHO take the oath of office w/o any hearing on your issues. If they do, maybe my state will seceded and save me the trouble of moving to Costa Rica.

Look what they allowed the clerk's office to do to my case and Cort's, flagging Cort's for anthrax and everything else they did to stop it from reaching the justices. Bickell must have been operating under orders from higher up the food chain. The fact that he still has a job there is frightening.
Bickell has protection but the Constitution does not.
On Monday, the United States will wake up with no Constitution. It's all over for this Country as a Constitutional Republic. It's done as done can be. My case was strong, and Cort's case was virtually air tight. But factions of the Court didn't want these cases before them because now they didn't want the burden of history on them. Now they have no excuse. The natural born citizen issue was squarely before them. All of the resulting damage and the blood of the Constitution is on their hands forever.
Cort's case will be denied on Monday. And that will signal the very end of the nation's unique Document.]

I hear so much frustration in your posting tonight and I don’t blame you. It is so frustrating for me, an anonymous citizen, to hear the MSM show their ignorance as to what your (& Cort’s) case is actually about. They don’t want to hear the message nor do they want others to so they attempt to kill the messenger by belittling what you are doing. For this I am so sorry that you are bearing so much of this burden. I wish we could take this burden and spread it out amongst myself and other citizens who are thankful for and respect what you are doing so that it is not just you out there on the front lines taking the disrespect for all of us who see this as a legitimate question regarding our constitution and not just something that someone came up with to “get rid of Obama”.
Thank you again for taking time to educate others. Because of you, I found out that I am not a natural born citizen. Never really thought about it before but just assumed that I was. I’m okay with that because, heck, I’m never gonna be president!
But I also know that any children I might have or my neices and nephews do meet the qualifications and that is good enough for me. Because of you, I just received a copy of my mothers naturalization papers which never concerned me before but now I treasure. Because of you I sent a letter to a reporter for our newspaper because he did an article about your case and got a few things wrong (of course, I have not had a reply and I thought it was a damn good letter)!
Whatever the outcome with the Supreme Court, hold your head up high. History will not remember Olberman and the others down the line, but you will be looked upon as a patriot, a citizen who cared enough about his country to stand up and do what you thought was the right thing under the circumstances.
While I will miss this interaction with you on your blog, I am looking forward to a time when you can get back to your life on the poker trail and, of course, I will be rooting for you then also!

POTUS is too important for you to be indulging in such silliness.
I have no idea why you brought up the name of Ratzinger, but since you did
and since there is an increasing number of Traditionalist Catholics who doubt
his validity as the Vicar of Christ and since we, too, have been labeled as
weirdos for that position, allow me to clarify something. Traditionalist
Catholics do not regard Ratzinger as the Beast….at least I don’t. Rather, we
regard him as what he obviously is…an Antipope, as were John Paul II
and Paul VI. No TRUE Vicar of Christ would do what these fraudulent
“popes” have done. Paul VI allowed six Protestant ministers to meddle in
the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and replace it with an invalid Protestant
memorial service, for which he thanked them. You can find photos of him
and the meddling six on the intenet.
John Paul II, instead of unfrocking and excommunicating Cardinal Law for
covering up the sexual abuse of children in the Boston diocese, REWARDED
him with a cushy job and apartment in Rome, where reports have it that
Law dines in fancy restaurants. JPII also scandalously kissed the Koran
of the Muslims and visited a synagogue where he solemnly bowed his head
while the Jews prayed for the coming of the Messiah. And let’s not forget
that JPII also allowed himself to be marked on the forehead by a Hindu
priestess with the sign of her faith.
As for the current non-pope, Benedict XVI, now INGLORIOUSLY occupying
the Chair of St. Peter, he has followed the example of JPII and done
nothing to remove the priests and bishops responsible for the sex abuse
crisis that has rocked the Church. Instead, he has sat idly by while our
formerly Catholic seminaries have become gay brothels. Try reading
“Goodbye Good Men”.
I apologize for turning what was a serious discussion of the ineligibility
of our “President-elect” into a discussion of the non-related subject of
the Roman Catholic papacy, but you brought it up yourself, Leo.

Please remember that it is hard for anyone who is asking the citizenship question on any level to be considered credible. Still there are those of us who cannot let this question lie unasked and we are doing what we can to be heard no matter what the consequences and strange bedfellows.
There is fear and anger everywhere in these uncertain times. I have heard that a person who angry does not think rationally, but acts emotionally. That probably applies to fear also.
There is fear for our nation which is in bad shape in many ways: the economy, corruption, the government actions that could destroy our currency, and others. The old ways seem to be broken and we don’t have the answers in sight. We fear the unknown.
The politicians fear political suicide if they ask the citizenship question. (Could it be more? What is the reach of the Chicago political machine?)
The public is so worried about the economy that they don’t really want to consider that the election could have been won by an ineligible candidate. Many file the question under sour grapes.
The Obama supporters “believe” in him and want him to be President. They are afraid to look beyond what he has shown them. Some supporters would not have any idea what you are trying to ask even if the media would get it right.
The Obama haters fear his past, his liberal record, and the Muslim question. They would use almost anything to prevent him from taking office. They fear that he could become another “Hitler” and silence their media voice.
What does the Supreme Court fear? Probably the appearance of interference in an election again, and to overturn the results of the present election. Probably they are considering how the country will react if they act. I hope that the Justices have the courage to truly examine the citizenship question and act on the law.
What do you fear? Do you fear being ignored or losing your credibility? How can you truly lose credibility when you ask such a simple and obvious question? You are just ahead of most people and you need to hang on a little longer for them to wake up and catch up. And although I found your post thick with satire and amusing, I personally think that you should put that steady rational lawyer hat back on for a while. I sense your anger and frustration, and understand your need to cry out. Now that you have cried out, you might want to look at this post again in the light of day and remember the National Press Club conference.
Hang on, Leo. You can do it. You don’t have to feel that you are alone in this.

Citizen 215 and Citizen 184 are fraternal twins (not maternal).
One has a birthright (Art. 2, S 1, c 5), and the other does not (Art. 1, S 8, c 4). But you can’t tell the difference between them as they walk down the street, side-by-side, because all other rights are coextensive, and equal in dignity, given as a gift by Citizen 215.
What you do not see, is Citizen 184 is a grasper, and envious, and wants the birthright. And, Citizen 215 is careless, and free!

For those who do not understand the reference to Esau and Edom, it’s this!
Paul said, “Jacob have I loved, Esau have I hated.” (Romans (9:13)
God said about Esau — “But I have hated Esau, and I have made his mountains a desolation and appointed his inheritance for the jackals of the wilderness” (Malaci 1:3)
So, Esau was an outcast — thrown out of the Promised Land into Edom, a great wilderness. “Esau is Edom:” “edom” means “red.”
In history, Edom was a great wilderness of red stone, and its capital Petra, home of the Roman Nabateans. King Herod was a son of Edom.
Since we’re talking prophecy in color — one of the overlooked verses in prophecy is this — “Then the woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared by God, that they should feed her there one thousand two hundred and sixty days.” (Revelation 12:6).
The question to ask is this: Is red Edom the “place prepared by God?” The capital of Edom is called the “The Rose Red City,” the ruins of Petra.
Are we to believe that Esau will be redeemed? Looks like it –

On January 8, 2009 in a Joint Session chaired by Dick Cheney, President of the Senate, members of the 111th Congress will meet to count the votes of the Electorial College.
If we, Citizens 215, shout loud enough for them to hear, then they will know that never in history has a Citizen 184 been elected to the office of President of the United States, and Citizens 215 have not sold our birthright to the highest bidder! [The lesson we've all learned from Blago is that offices are sold to the highest bidder, unless we care about our birthright!]
As Leo Donofrio has shown from history, a Citizen 184, President Arthur succeeded to the Presidency, but was not elected. He came to the office by the will of an assassin, and not the will of the people.

I have twice in my life fought legal battles against the government and banking establishments. Once about forelosures in the state of texas with particular points on the money supply and control by the fed. I was threatened with death and settled my case with a quite out for me alone. The second was recently against the Veterans Administration corruption. That case was dismissed after the Cheif of that VA department wrote an affidavit to the court that stated that the VA’s own manuals are simply window dressing and that they have secret letters instructing thenm what to do. It is amazing that the powers that be are able to completely dupe the American Public. I believe that we are headed to a depression which will be worse than the 30’s. Several well renowned economist are now predicting the same. When the supreme court is more interested in the rights of crooked bankers and wall street thieves than our presidents qualification then our country is doomed. I lost several million dollars between the two fiascoes that caused these two legal actions. I now realize that unless you are part of the elite you will never get satisfaction in any real form from the courts. Good luck to you Leo and Cort it seems the preasure put to bear upon you has been to great and I am sorry that you did npot receive greater support from the ignorant masses. That is the only way you would have won.

[Ed. No hard feelings. I don't expect everybody could see it my way. It's just that we have 200 years of precdent - except for Chester Arthur - that Presidents have been born in the US to parents who were citizens. The issue was never decided by the SCOTUS. It's important that people understand, whether they are for Obama or not, that we are certainly expanding the pool of applicants for the office of President for now and forever. IMHO, anybody could be President. The man who works 35 years at some factory as a plant manager could do just as good a job as any of professional politician.
So, we might as well insulate ourselves as I believe the Framers intended... so that the commander in chief would have two generations of citizenship and not just one.
These politicians... they can't seem to keep us out of war. They can't do anything about the economy but front as if they can. They don't really love us, none of them, not one... They are beholden to lobbyists and they only care about their careers. The man on the ground at war gets paid crap wages, while these aristocats get nicely paid.
I say make the job of President the lowest paid job in the Government. If in the next election we fired EVERYBODY, from the left and the right and started over with people from our communities that we know and trust... ordinary people. The we would have a Government of the people and by the people. But as long as we keep electing these pro slicksters. We're done and dusted, my friends.

Life is a journey, not a race with a finish line. While I understand your frustration if the SCOTUS declines this case, it is important to remember truth will eventually prevail. In the meantime we need to make sure that we separate the serious issues from the tin foil hat allegations. Some might not understand the attempts at satire.

All of these cases have highlighted the dismal journalism we have in this country right now. What about the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse?
The White Horse would be ridden by Obama, the Conqueror of the Presidency and the Constitution, the founder of a new US era, the bearer of the standard, signifying the loss of the Republican Constitution and the beginning of a new global US imperialism, an erosion of national integrity, complete with Presidential tyranny (classical meaning of “tyrant” = “illegitimate ruler”). no no…likelihood of success on the merits in your ACTUAL case…a litigant can’t simply file an appeal and leave SCOTUS to sort out the details. Where was your proof?
[ed. I made a legal argument. This wasn't a factual dispute. It is a question of law. Can a man who by his own web site admits his birth was "governed" by the laws of great Britain be a natural born Citizen? It's a question of law, not a a question of proof. Proof is an evidentiary term, "precedent" is the term you were looking for.

Maybe you could make a site that we can direct the media and people we want to convince of the Natural Born Citizen issue, and then another different blog that you could link us to for making fun of Main Stream Media and people attacking you for asking legitimate constitutional questions.

If read by SCOTUS, do you think your below comment will or may cause SCOTUS to (a) more likely rule in Cort’s favor, (b) less likely rule in Cort’s favor, or (c) not be impacted whatsoever vis a vis which way it rules in Cort’s case. Why wouldn’t SCOTUS hear your argument? It mirrors the Chief Justice’s dissent in Wong Kim Ark, with Justice Harlan joining the Chief Justice.
The main difference is that refer to Code of Federal Regulations, whereas the Chief Justice’s dissent refers to common law.
That may give ample reason for SCOTUS to overturn Wong Kim Ark, and address the “anchor baby” issue at the same time.
There is a lot here for them to chew on — especially when the Chief Justice dissent has been around for almost 110 years, and so it would not appear to be pulled out of the air!

You seem to be violating your own precepts of not prejudging what the SCOTUS participants (justices) might do and you normally accord them much more civility and ultra-respect than any reasonable person not immersed in legal lore would do.
Despite the “most honorable”, etc. you continually append to references to them, they may (or may not) well be wise and learned but they are only human. Since you have several times admonished others to not judge how even the most liberal of the justices might decide things, please follow your own advice until AFTER they have acted in both cases.
Failure to remove your copyrighted “Mother of all …” rant, while understandable and quite funny, does nothing but repel many – possibly even biasing any SCOTUS justices who quite possibly might read your naturalborncitizen blog (and don’t kid yourself, I don’t doubt that one or more have done so since they were directed here about Thanksgiving time). At the very least it gives the opposing media types more ammunition to extract partial quotes from (copyright or not). You damage your own (our own) cause.
Please remove it until the fat lady has sung – say quite a bit into 2009!!

My experience is that a lot of people give up right before they are about to win. I have observed this in hiking up mountains. Twice I have turned around only to later find out that after about a 2 hour uphill climb I was only about 20 minutes from the top. I have seen other hikers do this, also. They give up when they are almost there. I really have this sense with these cases.
One question: Why would the court call Cort while they were still in conference to tell him there would be no decision? Did they do that with you?

It has never been about the issue Leo, the Supreme Court was waiting for these cases to reach them, they want a chance to rule. The proof is in the Berg case when everyone wonders why it still lives. All you have to look at is Justice Souter’s record on these cases and know that some Justices are pressuring him to keep the case alive. They wanted Obama to have an opportunity to come clean before the court and the Berg case is the only one before them that names Obama as a defendant. They were providing an opportunity for Obama to respond to them and they have a case in front of them with Berg, that could demand his presence before the court..
The only issue the court was concerned with after you and Cort filed your cases was the timing of an announcement and that security was in place for a case that presents a National Security problem for the country, both at home and abroad.
[Ed. What has Berg asked for? To see the BC. If his case does prevail, and it really shouldn't cause it's not proceduraly correct, it will just give Obama the chance to show a really strong BC.
[Ed. People don't understand - it's not that Obama hasn't shown it. Not showing it kept the true issue of his British birth covered up (whether by design or by accident - you make the call), the issue is that NOBODY with authority dared ask to see it. Berg didn't ask the Secretary of State in Pennsylvania. He should have. Instead Berg demanded to see Obama's BC and Berg shouldn't be granted the right to see it. he doesn't have the authority to command any other citizen. I wouldn't be surprised if SCOTUS granted Berg's case just to water down mine and Cort's. I am disgusted by that institution and over the weekend lost all respect for it.
Even if SCOTUS granted Cort's application full review, or even declared Obama ineligible and stopped the electoral college...if Bickell were still working there, I'd would never call that court honorable again. Because by employing him they are condoning what he did.]

Patience. If the court denies the motion on Monday it may be because no “crime” has yet been committed. Wait until the vote is certified in the Congress and personally file a challenge on the same day. Congress must have the opportunity to fail in its duty to disqualify the candidates as per Constitution. After their failure, filing a challenge would be the logical legal way to attempt to “save” the Constitution. It should only take one calm assertive voice with a well phrased question.
Mr. Biden can take over. If Mr. O’s team is good and Mr. Biden lets them do their work, we may not see any difference for some time. The elected native born citizen would be replaced by the unelected natural born (opposite of the Chester scenario) and the Constitutional requirements for President would be affirmed. If Biden blows it, it would make anyone think twice about trying this again.
Although many of our country’s myths have been exposed as corrupted fairy tales during this process, the words [the question] once written cannot be unwritten. To comply with the cover up will accelerate our descent into total corruption. The path of perseverance is not without risk, but consider the alternative.
We must think of our children and their children and their children. Without the Constitution, where will we find the power to peacefully change the government? We must “keep the faith” for as long as we can.

Well Leo, No matter what you deserve a good rest and the thanks and appreciation of your fellow citizens. No matter what happens in the courts you made them aware of the situation and it is possible that they are waiting for the right moment. Or they they have just decided to do nothing. Either way it is up to us to keep going. If the Vote goes through tomorrow then we have to take it to congress. As I said before it only takes One Senator and One Representative to agree to object to the vote when Dick Cheney asks for objections. At that point it will be necessary to to answer the objections. The only way to do that will be to force Obama to show his hand. So I for one plan to find the congressmen that are on our side and start writing letters asking for their help. It only takes two. That’s better odds than SCOTUS.
I hope that everyone who reads this will do the same.
So take a well deserved rest Leo.

Folks should lighten up a little. This constitutional issue is the most important concern at present. With that…a few drinks, a little levity, and blowing some steam is appropriate in the face of this monumental challenge. If you hadn’t shown your humanity (i.e. come slightly unhinged) I would consider you unaware of the true scope and depth of reality. You are obviously a man of deep feelings, good character, and excellent principle; I support your acknowledging the Plains Radio path was illconceived due to their choice of personal view. This is NOT about Mr. Obama, rather the truths we hold dear regarding the US Constitution. I know you continue to have faith in our form of government and would not have challenged the status quo if you had thought otherwise.

Hi Leo,
I’ve followed your’s and Cort’s cases from the beginning. I personally think you two have the most well founded arguments out there, of all the pending cases.
Unfortuantely I think you are right about SCOTUS, come Monday.
I understand why you decided to post your creative work above. You have already done all that you can do regarding the case before SCOTUS.
The people here that are upset by your “conspiracy theory” satire coming out before the official ruling tomorrow, seem to think that they somehow own you and this case, or you somehow owe them something. Totally not true.
They need to remember that you and only you (well, Cort too) took it solely upon yourself to bring this case to light, and fight to the end of the line. Even though many of us agreed with and supported your efforts, we have no right to dictate how you conduct yourself.
Although you represent what many of us think about about a usurper in the Whitehouse and the preservation of our Constitution, you don’t officially represent anyone but yourself.
Up to this point you have been the most pragmatic, level-headed and honorable of all those spearheading cases against Mr. Obama’s presidency.
I’m actually happy that you took a break from the seriousness and stress of the case and cut loose.
Now I have a favor to ask;
My son, a Junior in high school, will be needing to write a term paper in his American History class soon. He is interested in the infomation you’ve uncovered about Chester Arthur. I sense tremendous frustration by the regular readers here, and I have the same frustration, after reading Leo’s post that seems very non-characteristic.
However, after reading Leo’s responses to these, I can understand why. This is a man who has literally worked his butt off….all the while listening to whining and complaining from the rest of us who did not otherwise lift a finger, or our wallets, to help him, just us complaining from the safety of our homes, while Leo was out there, all by himself, taking offal from the media and Obama loonies, likely getting threats and insults from them.
Leo did it because he wanted justice. He believes in our country. He believes in our Constitution. He felt it was right. We felt he was right. And, after all that work, and fighting for what is right, to see that it will be turned down, for likely political reasons. It is breaking his heart, people. It is breaking my heart, to see this good man do what he can to fight for US, and see it all go down to political horseplay.
I am frustrated too. I am mad. I am sad. This is what our country has come to. To see our Constitution stepped on, and usurped on, by this criminal Obama. All for the sake of political correctness. Americans let this happen. We have gotten so afraid of the race card, that Obama literally has us held hostage, he can accuse anyone against him of racism. He can get away with anything.
Our country will never be the same. What you are reading from Leo is a tired man who is left knowing that he did all he could, with no help from us, and who will now spend some deserved R&R doing the things that he enjoys, like art and music.
I thank you Leo. Our veterans thank you, for defending our Constitution. I cry at your loss. I cry at our loss.

Not one person showed up in Ohio in favor of a “con con” this past week – The vote to hold a new Constitutional Convention. The very young to the very old showed up to protest against it.
I wonder if the media will make that obvious parallel tomorrow while they jeer in the faces of all Americans knowing that the Constitution was changed on Monday, and it didn’t even take a “con con”.
I guess it’s something to snicker about when people think they’ve won and lose sight of what they really lost.

Keep your cool man, you have done the right thing. You are right in your petition and I have followed this for a long time now. One thing you have to remember that this has never been for the “People” just another elite game on how they can pull down their pants and **** on us. Trust me, you have a very big interest among millions with your case and no matter what this time you have proven without a doubt that Obama is only naturalized. I have caught some unfairness with so called, “Brothers in Arms” it seems they want a media circus and not a civil and intelligent peaceable means to ousting Obama for not being legit.

There appears to be a 1961-era statute that applies to a children born outside the United States to U.S. citizen mothers who are married to a father of foreign nationality which would disqualify Mr. Obama as POTUS if, in fact, his mother 1) gave birth overseas, and 2) was legally married to Mr. Obama’s Kenyan father.
The existence of statutes like this is, it seems to me, evidence that there currently isn’t, and probably never was, any provision of natural law, pursuant to which a child can be considered to inherit their citizenship of his or her married mother.
Emphasis on the word “married.”
Consider the following passage taken from the dissent in Wong Kim Ark: “And to the same effect are the modern writers, as, for instance, [169 U.S. 649, 709] Bar, who says: ‘To what nation a person belongs is by the laws of all nations closely dependent on descent. It is almost a universal rule that the citizenship of the parents determines it,-that of the father where children are lawful, and, where they are bastards, that of their mother, without regard to the place of their birth; and that must necessarily be recognized as the correct canon, since nationality is in its essence dependent on descent.’ Int. Law, 31.”
I have seen it said somewhere that if an boy baby is given his father’s name, but instead of having “Jr.” as a suffix to his name, he is instead given the suffix “II”, this is an indication that the child not the product of a legal marriage between his mother and father. In other words, the boy was born out of wedlock—a ‘bastard’.
I further seem to recall seeing where on the Hawaii Certification of Live Birth the Obama campaign released to the public, the candidate’s name is listed as “Barack Hussein Obama II.”
Query whether this is an indication that Barack Hussein Obama and Stanley Ann Dunham were not actually married when the future presidential candidate was born in Hawaii?
If Mr. Obama’s parents were not actually married when he was born, I would think this explains a few things pretty well, and in a way quite favorable to Mr. Obama in terms of his future political plans.
First, assuming it is true that Barack Hussein Obama II’s mother (Stanley Ann Dunham) and father (Barack Hussein Obama) were not legally married at the time of his birth in Hawaii in 1961, and assuming Mr. Obama is personally aware of this, Mr. Obama may (being an attorney and former Con Law professor) be of the professional opinion (as yet unvoiced, but as it turns out, possibly quite correct) that he inherited his U.S. citizenship from his U.S. citizen mother pursuant to this very provision of natural law set forth by Bar in Section 31 of his International Law treatise. Since Chief Justice Fuller cited Section 31 of Bar’s Internation Law treatise in his own dissent (joined by Justice Harlan) to Justice Horace Gray’s SCOTUS majority opinion in U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark, Mr. Obama may have concluded that anyone who currently finds favor in the basic logic of Chief Justice Fuller’s dissenting opinion (as I find I have) is likely to concede (I can see where I might, if prompted) that a child born to an unwed U.S. citizen mother is a “natural born citizen”, fully qualified to assume the office of POTUS.
Second, and again, if all of this (however strange to imagine) is in fact true, it would provide a surprisingly innocent explanation to the average concerned U.S. citizen as to why Mr. Obama has been, let’s say, a little ‘reticent’ when it comes to releasing the vault copy of his birth certificate.
And third, while it may turn out that Chester A. Arthur was in fact not a constitutionally-valid natural born citizen, based on the fact that CAA was born to a father who, though legitimately married to CAA’s mother, was nevertheless a British subject who did not become naturalized in the U.S. until some fourteen years after the CAA’s Vermont birth in 1829, Mr. Obama can take his ease, assured of a different fate based on a certain minor (but nevertheless critically important) factual distinction!

Unfortunately this election was a “perfect storm.” I believe from studying history this is a turning point in history for this country. How we handle it is all that is left. I know you said to me the other day to pray. I do not believe that will happen. I believe there will be a rebellion. I think it make take different forms.

OMG, Thank You “Jet”. I don’t want you to think this as a bummer, but as a gift God has sent me: We tragically lost our 26 yr old son 2 1/2 yrs ago. He was a local chef & volunteer firefighter but his passion was satire writing, song writing and he also was an electric bass player. If the Supreme Court does deny Cort’s case and the electors casts votes for Obama, it is still not over. Even a president-elect can be disqualified. There are still other cases. The best of which is Broe v Reed from Steve Pidgeon of Washington State.

Leo, WHAT THE HECK?! Your stuff is funny, you are an artist, that’s all great. WHY ALL THE SUDDEN are you so 100% sure the case will be denied tomorrow? I have been following your case for weeks now on a daily basis. YOU HAD HOPE. What happened to it? Why all of the sudden has your attitude changed so dramatically? What new revelation did you suddenly come to that brought this on? I have to admit, it is a bit disappointing that you seemingly overnight changed your position on this. Did you get some piece of information we don’t know about?
You gave hope to so many, now you are pulling the rug out from under us. You have done so much for your Country. You can step down.. but the rest of us will not sit idly by and watch our Constitution turn to dust. If you are throwing in the towel, perhaps do it differently? I know you must be disappointed and you probably feel let down. Perhaps you should have waited until the case was in fact denied to do all of this? 3. It’s not a coincidence that the FEDs are investigating the Corrupt Chicago/Illinois political machines just before Obama — a product, and who are we kidding, a major PLAYER in that machine — “takes” office.
4. As I stand back and observe what’s going on, it’s obvious this is a multi-facetted operation. The USSC is just one part of it . . .and they will do their job at the proper time.
5. Bottom line: The US Govt knows IF BHO was born in Hawaii; IF he ever held and still holds Indonesian citizenship. They know pretty much everything about Obama, Michelle, Ann Dunham, Toot, Stanley.

I was listening when you admonished Ed Hale for his question to you (paraphrasing) if the loss of your case would, essentially, be a call to arms. You chided him and firmly stated that this battle can’t be won on the streets but must won with the words and rule of law. I agree.
Maybe you could start with the 1st Ammendment: …the right of the people peaceably…to petition the Government for a REDRESS of grievances.

I was with my very ill father since Wednesday. I can’t stand to see or hear anybody from the media but snatched a headline on the hospital TV saying that Cort’s case had been denied. Was that misreported? Or was the stay denied? Or are they assuming that since it wasn’t listed as accepted then it must have been denied?
Our media is a joke. I flew my flag upside-down when there was still a chance for this distressed country, but once the nation is dead you can’t even call it distressed any more.

Hey Leo, i understand your frustration but you need to stay “focused”! Even if they deny Corts case, there are several more coming down the pipe.Some of these lawsuits/attorneys could probably use some insight or help from you if their cases ever reach listening ears.I think your research into this matter can help someone WIN even if it’s not you or Corts case.Stay focused amigo!!! This fight is “FAR FROM BEING OVER”!

You might have expected a major press conference announcing his impending arrival, followed by a media frenzy: rolling 24 hour news and global network coverage; talking heads discussing the significance of the upcoming event for months beforehand. Everyone in Bethlehem waiting with baited breath.
What you got was a private message to a group of dirty sheep herders with reputations for dishonesty; a revelation to some mysterious pagan star gazers with weird beliefs, and a few days later in Jerusalem a couple of harmless Old Age Pensioners being let in on the secret before they died …
Why this way?
You might have expected a mother of wealth, class and social standing; with royal robes and royal blood; a lady of substance, pampered and protected, familiar with pomp and ceremony. Suited perfectly to the job.
What you got was an obscure teenage girl from a Galilean backwater, a peasant’s daughter with no experience of life, limited education, and few prospects in a man’s world.
Why this way?
You might have expected a palace; splendid, impressive and imposing. Tastefully decorated, lined with gold and purple; all possible comfort provided; first class medical expertise on hand to look after this invaluable new life. An entrance into the world truly fit for a king.
What you got was a lean-to in a Palestinian 2 up 2 down semi; an animal shelter, with cracks in the walls, filled with the acrid smell of urine.
Why this way?
You might have expected a national holiday, public celebrations, messages of goodwill from kings, queens and emperors, the rich and the powerful, politicians, religious leaders and innumerable ordinary people.
What you got was an enforced journey of 90 miles for a heavily pregnant woman; registration at the command of a distant dictator; a death squad sent at the command of a vicious despot; and refugee status in a foreign land.
Why this way?
You might have expected a childhood of privilege, honour and respect. Being prepared for a life of wealth, power and cocooned luxury. Accustomed to instant obedience and every need catered for.
What you got was the mundane routine of small village life for 30 years. Learning a trade. A life spent without owning a home, leaving behind not one written word, never travelling outside the small region of Galilee and Judea. Only experiencing luxury in the palaces of his accusers.
Why this way?
You might have expected a mission aimed at political power; speeches whipping up emotion; the relentless pursuit of popularity; threats of violence to liberate the land; pragmatic opinion poll policies; nationalistic rhetoric to gain the crowd’s loyalty.
What you got was ‘love your enemies’; ‘turn the other cheek’; ‘bless those who curse you’; ‘whoever humbles himself like a child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven’ ‘I have come to give my life as a ransom for many’.
Why this way?
You might have expected a messiah to lead his people into glorious triumph over the occupying Roman forces. Victory parades; ticker tape celebrations; adoring crowds, songs and speeches; then monuments and memories.
What you got was a coward’s secret betrayal, a kangaroo court; brutal undeserved violence, torture, mockery, public humiliation and a slow agonising death
Why this way?
You might have expected a ‘I told you so’ tour after the resurrection; a shaming of enemies; a surprise visit to Pontius Pilate perhaps; chat shows; a global tour; book deals; celebrity status; TV interviews before astonished millions.
What you got was a revelation to an unimportant woman in the garden Not being recognised by two friends out for a walk in the country; having to convince others who could not believe their eyes; low key appearances to the disciples and to some others – before disappearing all together, leaving behind only the stories of his followers.
Why this way?
Well maybe God wants you and me to be surprised, shocked even, at Christmas.
Maybe God is bigger and stranger than we think
He does things that we don’t expect
He is unpredictable.
And the irony is that Christmas is so predictable. Slade, the Pogues, Bing Crosby and bad music by Cliff Richard. Awful jokes in crackers, and useless presents. Too much food and drink. Like an inoculation – we have just enough Christmas to make us immune to the real thing.
Christmas is all about God doing things his way. And his ways are definitely not our ways. They are better and grander and more remarkable than we can begin to imagine. They are the astonishing way of the eternal Word made flesh so that we might have life in his name.

Hugh, do you have any idea how many cases were brought to the courts since early this year that hardly anyone even knows about? I found forums that actually collected every suit that contested against John McCain being eligible. And what’s more, I found a complete itinerary outlining what the opposition intended to do had McCain won. The same exact thing that’s going on now. If they want to talk about conspiracies, let them look in their own backyards, because it stinks worse than anything they can point to outside of it.
Only they didn’t expect one thing that you see in Leo’s complaint:
A suit that disqualified them all. They didn’t expect that. But they DID intend to sue all along if McCain had won. I’ve seen the proof myself and copied a lot of it for posterity. No one for a moment thought that there would be someone out there smart enough to bring up the Constitution and shove it in all of their faces.
So what to do now? Let’s just ignore them and if they get too rowdy, we’ll get the media to mock them and the clerks to guard the fortress against the people who built it, and let someone else inherit what rightly belongs to the people. Then we’ll spread a rumor that there’s actually US Military in waiting, ready to kill their own citizens. We’ll let the Senate whisper about Martial Law and instill fear among the people. And that’s what happened here.
What makes you think Steve Pidgeon is immune to their almighty dictate?
There are two types of people in that Supreme Court:
1. Those that see a value in interpreting the Constution the way it was written; and
2. Those that see a value in evolving the Constitution the way they want it written.
Absolute power corrupts absolutely.

I have nothing to say about the music (I’m a songwriter myself–see the link), but I thought you would be interested in the 1972 novel THE OTHER by Thomas Tryon, which is about a hidden twin also.
It is a great book.

To you, Leo, our constitutional republic may cease to exist tomorrow; however, I have questioned its existence since January 22, 1973. I have read on some sites that the justices might grant cert in order to establish a definition of natural born citizen that would somehow conform to the confines of the law while at the same time deem Mr. Obama to be a natural born citizen in spite of being born to a father who was a British subject at that time. If this is the case, how ironic it would be that the 14th amendment might well be used again, contorted and distorted, to render a wrong decision. What machinations must such a law contain! I am not assigning motives or criticizing the justices, but I am criticizing any future decision that establishes law allowing someone born of British citizenship, and God knows who else in the future, to become President of the United States of America.

I think Cort’s case will be partially denied, as was yours, in regards to a Stay. Once the Electors vote, then the Court will have Constitutional standing to act. I believe that is why yours, along with the Berg case are still Pending. It would also explain why the court has not written anything regarding the disposition of these cases., when they have so much of the public focused on what many of us perceive to be the biggest case in our history.
With the cases that are before them now, I cannot invision Chief Justice Roberts swearing in a man he knows is ineligible.

The anti Christ may be living today. He could be Obama. If he is we will know because of what he does. Please do not give up! You have to take it down , just put a link or something to it.
Your research and investigation has been brilliant! Your case is solid! I have sent your site to many many people. Directors in Hollywood i work with, relatives who work for some of the largest law firms in the country. This is not going to be over if SCOTUS rules against it. It will keep coming up until it is addressed, and your research and professionalism is needed and of historical importance.

I’m thinking (really hoping) that your strategerie here is to make sure that the Bickells’ are brought down in the event Cort wins. As I’ve suggested before, assuming a decision was made in favor of Cort on Friday (12/12), wouldn’t it make sense for SCOTUS to wait until the last possible moment before the College of Electors vote on Monday (12/15) because a decision on Friday would have given Team Obama the weekend — before the Electors vote — to issue some documentation or do or say something — to attempt to screw up an underlying basis for the Court’s decision?
And, finally, it seems that for the first time you are electing to point out the obvious — your case on “natural born citizen” is “air tight”. It IS air tight! Therefore, HOW IN THE HELL CAN SCOTUS WRITE A DECISION essentially affirming Obama to be an Article II “natural born citizen”? IT simply can’t be done. (SCOTUS would have to deny Cort with no opinion or statement — can they do that and retain ANY credibility whatsoever?)

[ed....I wouldn't be surprised if SCOTUS granted Berg's case just to water down mine and Cort's. I am disgusted by that institution and over the weekend lost all respect for it.
Even if SCOTUS granted Cort's application full review, or even declared Obama ineligible and stopped the electoral college...if Bickell were still working there, I'd would never call that court honorable again. Because by employing him they are condoning what he did.]
Can you get any more specific. Besides the court statement on Friday morning, what exactly happened over the weekend ?
To quote Rush Limbaugh, “it’s not what Obama says it’s how he he says it. I’ve had my fingers crossed for months know something would sink this man, and nothing pans out. WHEN, not if, that happens, court actions questioning his legitimacy as President and the essentially defunct status of the federal government will have a fertile wave to ride. Until such a time, it’s swimming upstream which always takes rare and tremendous strength from the powers that be. The natural reaction is a path of least resistance. The whole political machine in DC + the MSM will do the impossible to isolate and protect FraudObama.

but you are only human, as i, and moments like this we (meaning i and others out here in the blogosphere) seem to forget the frailties that accompany real people, and of what that means – you ARE (unfortunately) larger than life to some of us, (or you were, but not so much now; and that’s a good thing). we too are human…can’t you see every one of us out here squinting and peering into our laptop blogo-palantirs to divine the impending future… now reminded am i that we all are fraught will identical frailities, prone to the same discouragements.
what is clear is the weightiness of this issue and the wildness of this path WE ARE ALL ON. what is not so clear is what the heck is going on and what’s going to happen next. no one should expect you to be hercules or samson. no one does. what is true is we are all edgey, and EXTREMELY speculative, and none of that helps, really. and we play the game along with the msm… you know, that “taste great, less filling” shouting match – none of us are immune to it’s effects.

But America has become arrogant and bloated. And the punishment is not going to come from outside America but from within.

I am confused? Why the strangeness on your blog. It’s as if you woke up this morning and are trippin. You got the case in front of SCOTUS, which is more than most lawyers would ever be capable of. The evidence is there, the papers are in order and if the case is denied then we know Justice is not blind it wears blinders put on it by a corrupt and broken system.
I guess the weird part is, why is Leo talking in third person.

I did a recap of the events and being a lawyer and knowing what the clerk's office did to stop these cases, the incredible drastic actions they took. The way Cort and I were mocked openly by the Clerk's office... anthrax testing of Cort's papers. SCOTUS did NOT want these cases before them. The word had to come down from on high to stop these cases. It was only after people wrote, faxed, called and threw tantrums that they even docketed them properly. It was a dog and pony show. ]

We, the undersigned,
pursuant to God-ordained human liberties as established throughout time immemorial, and as recognized and codified in the founding documents of this great nation, and in accordance with the Declaration of Independence, the United States Constitution, and the First and Fourteenth Amendments thereto, now petition the federal government of the United States of America for a Redress of the following Grievances:
1. The federal government of the United States of America has only an authority ordained by God, and a legitimate claim to govern in accord with the consent of the governed pursuant to its founding Declaration of Independence and its charter, the United States Constitution, as amended.
2. The officers of the legislative, executive, and judicial branches of this government, including their appointees and delegates, have each sworn allegiance to this government and to support the United States Constitution.

5. As of this end of this year of our Lord 2008, Senator Barack Hussein Obama, the son of a Kenyan national and British subject father, and an allegedly American mother, has failed to establish that he is a “natural born citizen” of the United States. Senator Barack Hussein Obama, being born in 1961, has failed to establish that he was born on American soil, and that he is, and only is, an American citizen. Senator Barack Hussein Obama, having been adopted as a child by his Indonesian national step-father Lolo Soetoro, has failed to establish that his legal name is now Barack Hussein Obama.
6. All members of the federal government in the legislative, executive or judicial branches of this government therefore have a duty to establish that the future President of the United States meet the qualifications required to attain the office, pursuant to Article II, Section I, paragraph 5 of the United States Constitution.
7. The failure to so establish is a high crime against the Constitution. Should Senator Barack Hussein Obama attain office, having been inaugurated to the same, each member of the United States government who has failed to exercise his duty to establish his qualifications will have committed a crime against the Constitution, and should the actions be the consensus of each such branch of government, then the undersigned now assert that the institutions in Washington, D.C. will no longer have a legitimate claim to govern.

For these reasons, we the undersigned now petition this government for a redress of grievances against the constitution, and seek the complete restoration of the rule of law in this nation pursuant to our founding documents. To this end we now make the following demand:

Your art is awesome! I was born in 74 and found my mother’s “Late Great Planet Earth” when I as kid. That was the most careless thing she had ever done because since then I been an avid eschatological thinker.
I also think it’s great how so many people presume to tell you what you can and can not write.

Everybody needs to take a chill pill — If a Constitutional Convention is called, every single one of your State Constitutions remain in place.
This Constitutional Convention thing is a temper tantrum by the STATES!
It actually could be to our advantage: Our message to the Federal government is this, “One more of the STATES approves the call for a Constitutional Convention, and guess what? You’re Fired!” Guess what, Barney and Chris? You’re gone. Guess what, Barack, Nancy, Harry? You’re gone. What this means, SCOTUS? You’re through! If your from the majority, fill in the names that you don’t like from the minority. The message is the same. They’re all gone. The STATES will hold sway.
This is a wake-up and smell the coffee moment from the STATES to the FEDERAL government.
Why are the STATES upset — “unfunded Federal mandates!”
These are braking their budgets, and they feel powerless to fight it, and they are completely, totally, and 100% right!
That’s where the problem is: the STATES!
I think the STATES would back off, if they were assured that the DIRECT ELECTION of Senators were repealed.
Remember, Senators USED TO be elected by your State Legislatures. Senators were your STATES’ guy in Washington.
With DIRECT ELECTION of Senators, we now have 100 people running around wanting to be President, and your STATE LEGISLATURE has lost its clout!
The old way, your State Legislature got to fire a Senator who wasn’t listening or performing the way they wanted. Your Senators were on a tight leash. [This is what the Blago scandal is showing us!]
There are two corrections to our current situation, and perhaps now is the topportunity to get it fixed –
1. Repeal the DIRECT ELECTION of Senators.
2. Repeal the INCOME TAX and move toward something like the FAIR TAX, or FAIR TAX/FLAT TAX combo, neither of which requires an IRS 1040, and gets the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT out of meddling in OUR lives!
The IRS would continue to exist, but would be not so much an arm of the Treasury, as much as an arm of the Department of Commerce, because it would only be dealing with commercial enterprises (you know, the one’s that can afford to hire CPA’s, Lobbyists, and General Counsels.
Repeal of the 16th Amendment would be a full employment bill for those guys, and maybe we could live in peace!
What the STATES are telling the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT is this — we want you to stop your unfunded mandates, and we want a have a better balanced working relationship or we, the STATES are going to take over.
That is ALL that this means!
So, chill! There could be a breath of fresh air coming our way over the next few years.

In 1990 I quit a very good job to pursue “my” vision for making a difference in the world … and I am still striving to do so, but to NO avail, as yet. BUT this “Idea” ceased to be mine as soon as I took it public. As such, I do not have “the authority” to tarnish its image, because someone ELSE might want to pick up where I leave off.
Leo, the same applies to your Valient Quest. I can fully appreciate WHY you have given up. This is your right, and no one can say otherwise. However, I respectfully submit that you do NOT have “the right” to tarnish the fabulous work you have done. None of us know the futrue, as you have said yourself numerous times. Perhaps SCOTUS will dismiss this case tomorrow … BUT … perhaps not OR at some future date someone else may have your courage and choose to raise it again to take it to the next level. Please leave them the opportunity to do so by REMOVING this latest post.
We all can imagine how horribly frustrating this must be for you, but please, PLEASE, do NOT express your feelings here within this Sacred Place that you have given us … to all Americans and to all the World. If you do not DELETE this post there will come a day when you sorely wish you had done so.

Also, I’m joking about “quit trashing Pope Benedict.” It’s a free country . . . at least for now.
I also skimmed your other blog re: the Valarie Phlane case. Never thought that was a big deal. Still don’t. During war, ya can’t have a bunch of “tattle-tales” CIA agents (through their spouses) running around on their own disclosing to the media “secret stuff.”
There were many serious reasons we fought the war in Iraq. In hindsight, ONE reason we were in Iraq was b/c we could not fight a strong al Queda ON nuclear Pakistan’s soil. Obviously, al Queda forfeited Afghanistan — that was probably always part of their plan. . .which is why it was so easy to defeat al Queda & the Taliban in 2001/2002 even though the Soviets failed to defeat then in 10 years. Yah, we’re better fighters than the Soviets . . .but not that much better. Al Queda conceded Afghanistan. We made them an “offer they couldn’t refuse” — Iraq — and bingo they followed us there . . .and were captured or killed.
War strategy, during war, cannot be permitted to be compromised. I give a lot more leeway to Presidents, in international matters and matters of War, than I do to common thugs willing to commit crime for personal gain.
One is doing their best — right or wrong — to protect the nation against attack by entities and nations committed to the demise of the US. The other is personally devoid of moral character and is interested primarily in personal gain — financial, power, whatever. The second is the lesser man . . .or woman.

OK, since we into conspiracy theories, let’s try this one. The supremes recognize the merit of Cort/Leo but they do not want to take the hit. They prefer that the solution be political rather than judicial. So they instruct Bickell to find some way of buying time. He comes up with the anthrax ploy. It buys the supremes the time they want. On Monday, too late for action by the supremes, the Electoral College elects The One. Now the problem can only be solved by Cheney and the Congress. If they do not solve it the Nation is stuck with the imposter. His first acts will be challenged in court and it will end up back before the supremes. Nothing is gained, a lot is lost, and God only knows what the condition of the Nation will be.

Leo, you shouldn’t lose your hope. Keep this in mind, and you may get mad at me, I don’t know. You have to work at it to have hope, actually. Giving up is the easier route. Having hope doesn’t mean that it will go the way you want it because there are other forces at work here that you have no control over. It may be Yahweh’s will for Obama to get in office to show the people what they chose and to teach them. However, he knows how you feel. It’s not a secret from him at all. So have hope and put your trust in Yahweh. He’s in control now.

A dismissal of this case was declared self-evident by all “in the know” through silence,censor, and ridicule is a dismissal of the American people.
No contradictory voices were heeded.
The death of respect for those governed by the governors.
Empowered by their own decree. Urged on by the mob.
Undone by the egoists solvent of self-importance they were unable to resist applying such to the binding force of faithfulness to our countries saving grace, our constitution.

They cannot change the constitution by violating the letter of the law. Electing an ineligible candidate is not the end of the constitution, it is the beginning of the next course of action. The constitution directs all citizens to the next action, if need be. The solution will come before January 20 2009.

I citizen of the United States of America submit that no self-evident right to privacy can exist for an elected public office as to germane disclosures of verification of qualifications for a particular public office, for to do so precludes the (rights) of all electing citizens whom have the need to know such information.
Given this truth, all candidates must willingly waive only these particular rights to privacy for that purpose or failing to do so thereby forfeit their candidacy for office.

Although the refusal of the Supreme Court to take on this case which many of us feel is their duty is discouraging, it is not the time to conceed defeat.
It is not time time to bear arms either.
It is the time to ponder the proper course of action.
The people of this country are not unified in the knowledge of this issue, and cannot be expected to be unified in any corrective action which requires a majority opinion or majority action.
We have much to do if we are to recover from this, and learning how to discuss such issues in a fair objective manner is required.
You have tried to promote such, and I applaude you for it. However the majority have not realized that more people listen to a discussion opposed to an inflamed group deriding those they disagree with.
If we learn to communicate across the country and can win the support of a majority in concensus opinion, we will have the power to heal this nation.
Until then we will have to suffer the buffeting of those who are better organized…

For every cause there is an effect. We don’t always know when it will happen, but it always happens.
127 years ago a powerful man was challenged as to his eligibility to hold the office of the president. The challenger was ridiculed, his reputation and good name tarnished.
In 2008 another man challenged a powerful man presenting the very same question. He too was ridiculed and they attempted to tarnish his name, and to destroy his artistic dignity.
In his quest for the truth,in Dec. 2008, an artist, that left the practice of law to follow the music within him, brought to light the effect of a cause that was generated in 1881. If nothing else, a family name that has had a cloud over it for 127 years, has been cleared.
The allegations presented by Mr. Hinman were true, even if the reason was faulty.
When will the effect of the cause generated in 2008 surface? Will we allow it to remain hidden for 127 years? We live in a different time then Mr.Hinman. But, if nothing changes, nothing changes.

Very interesting you mention that song. It was recorded on Yahweh records. Kind of strange that you mention it because my Bible study friend who is a great author, historian mentions it all the time. LOL!
Putting that aside, I know how you look up to those guys in SCOTUS. You may be giving up, but I’m not yet. How do you know they judged a certain way? What gave you this idea, and please tell us so we know? However, Leo, think of the thousands and thousands of Americans just like you and me that haven’t given up. It’s clear that you love truth and justice, which are wonderful qualities to love. I love them too. If it works out the way you think it will, not all is lost. You are definitely not alone and sooner or later (not by our time) justice will prevail.
Leo, keep this in mind too. You planted a seed of thought into their minds with these lawsuits. Well, once you plant the seed of something into your mind, it’s there. It can be watered and will grow or die off, but in the meantime, it’s still there for a while. Ask yourself how could Justice Roberts administer the oath to BO with a thought in his mind that maybe it is possible that he’s not legit? The thought is there in their minds. Do you understand what I’m saying?
So you have done what you can do. You did right, Leo. Now whatever is in their minds will be fruitful or not, but if it’s not going to bear the fruit of truth, then that will be their responsibility. This is something serious that they will each have to live with and maybe some more than others.

You have done a great job with your legal arguments; however, you cannot expect the Court to usurp the responsibilities delegated to another branch of government. Therefore, I would not expect the Court to act unless and until Congress fails to successfully deal with the natural born citizenship issue at the time it counts the electoral votes in early January. If Congress fails to act, then you are much more likely to see the Court get involved.
Remember, you have asked for a stay and/or injunctive relief. Such relief is extraordinary and the Court will avoid such relief if at all possible.
[Ed, show me where in the Constitution the 20th amendment applies before we have an Electoral College. SCOTUS knew these cases were ripe and the clerks protected them as far as they could. We put up one hell of a fight and got them cases docketed to all nine justices... but they didn't want to look. Regardless, the one good thing that happened is that the responsibility for "the change" now has shifted from the people - who were asleep at the wheel - to the SCOTUS who made believe they were sleeping. The light was cast upon those black robed entities. Their honorability is now in question. Nothing more true can be said about this sordid affair.]
Apparently, the Court is only denying stays at this point and sees an opportunity to act at a later date if Congress fails to act.

Knowing what we know now, how can we ignore it? How can we teach our children and grandchildren that this is the greatest country in the world, when the very foundation that makes our country great, the Constitution, is being destroyed by greed and the power sought by the very people we placed in those positions of power. Do we just lie to our children? I can’t do that.
The silence, on this matter, from our representatives speaks volumes. It tells us that if Americans don’t exert extreme pressure on our elected officials they will not act in our countries’ best interest.
Do we start exerting pressure on the senate, or do we let our country go completely to hell?
If the media doesn’t remind us, they feel secure that we will remain silent and go away. Because that is what has resulted in the past, when other issues have been presented.
Write to your representative in congress and the senate. Don’t ask them tell them. let them know that you will take the only thing they hold dear, their seat.
Straight up tell them. Do not certify the election results. To do so would be to open the door in future elections to an individual with competing loyalties to a foreign nation. Who Comes Next? If you do not address this eligibility issue and uphold our Constitution, next election you will be out of a job.
Those are my words use your own. You may feel that you want to be softer. But I don’t have any respect left for any of them. I don’t care if I offend them, they are scum bags.

Okay! I get it! You are absolutely right that you nailed the issue and submitted the case which would have resolved this issue – if the SCOTUS would have yielded to a sense of honor and duty and agreed to rule on it.
They didn’t. That sucks! (It seems that now we need a song playing in the background… “… it’s the end of the world as we know it…”)
However the sun will rise tomorrow, and most likely as you’ve prophesied the court will deny it… And the sun will rise again the day after that, and the next day…
Someday, the light of day will provde the illumination required for finding a way out of here… a path from witin this maze will be found. It may come from the inspiration generated by those who enjoy your art, or other factors may provoke the inquiry – but a way will be found.
You have planted the seeds, the ground is fertile, the cause will grow. Take some time to rest – then figure out a way to unite the people towards fixing the problem…

Also, Leo, you or someone said this was something the SCOTIS had to do (at least from its POV). What if they fully intend to hear the cases after the political process has run its course? Could you understand their actions and see that though you were “used,” it could not have been any other way — that is, the country may have actually had terrible events if the SCOTUS had intervened when your or Cort’s case came up? Could you then perhaps see the SCOTUS not as an enemy but as an ally?

Educate us.
We have heard very little about the misconduct filings other than they have been made. What is the normal procedure? What is the timeline? Etc.
A barrage of phone calls, letters and fedex packages helped get your case on the docket once Bickell was exposed. That can happen again!
We just have no idea how these things are supposed to happen. Tell us what should have happened and didn’t. There has to some sort of official filing apparatus like the docket. Or, I am just naive.
Who normally hears these issues? We can certainly ask them REPEATEDLY why they have’nt acted. We need some specifics to be effective.
Who do we need to contact?

Responsible USSC members (HYPOTHETICALLY) would:
1) Establish a level of security/secrecy for their immediate actions subsequent to their decision to support your definition of NBC
2) Order the stay of the Electoral vote via secure channels unbeknownst to the electors, while posting “Application (08A469) denied by the Court.”
Case not needed for courts ultimate decision on the NBC definition, they could decide to take Berg’s resubmit for conference and decide the evidence to support plaintiff warrants the “stay” order.
3) Bring in the President, the VP, the Attorney General, the leaders of both houses of congress and top security people (ie, FBI, Homeland, Joint Chiefs, including top National Guard official) et al for TOP SECRET briefing, immediate action plan, and crisis resolution plan
4) Execute immediate action plan to include initial TOP SECRET security measures; plan for DEFCON status upgrades, protective measures for all key offices of government mainly in D.C., national guard forces in D.C., police with NG augmentation in 10+ major met cities.
5) Complete planning for crisis resolution to include graceful integration plan for PIO releases.
6) Initiate major guardsman “exercises” (by January 3rd) in position for January 5th media announcement prior to the formal rejection of the election results due to malfeasance/misfeasance of the election process.
7) Presidential announcement focused on the actions being taken to ensure a rightful election process with voting in early April and inauguration in June, six months after the regular date. Call up full compliment of military reservists for initial six-month service.

Since, we are dreaming we might as well use these what-ifs to understand any result seen on Monday 12/15. We just won’t really know the real court response until January 20th. We could even have a military joint chiefs lead intervention on the big day. After all, these and many top officials raised their hands and took an oath. Are their no men of honor at the top? I believe there are plenty.
We are going to need the good leaders to be at their best if this Constitutional Crisis is going to be gracefully tackled.
Many of these top leaders must be frustrated with themselves for watching our constitution get trampled on in recent years. But then again, they did not have any “standing” to think they could stop the abuses. They may see this as their chance and their duty.

Leo, if you ask me these justices think the US is a conspiracy and the Constitution is a Conspiracy Theory! These Bolsheviks in Black Robes want to turn the Supreme Court into the North American Union branch of the World Court.
Meantime I found a brief article in Cort’s hometown paper the Greenwich Time regarding Obama’s African roots. Tried to find it on line. Had no success. The author, Mukoma Wa Ngugi, works for the left-wing Progressive Media Project as well as the BBC’s Focus on Africa magazine. Wonder if Cort reads said Greenwich Time and would fax this over to you.

They didn’t know about Chester’s hidden secret in 1880. Nothing could be done, nothing ever can be done about deceit. There’s no defense against until it is known. That’s one reason knowledge carries power with it.
Unlike 1880, today we know about Obama. After he’s inaugurated we’ll all still know if this issue if it is not allowed to be forgotten. He will be challenged with his eligibility after he signs laws into passage. It will be addressed in the future and it won’t take 127 years this time. Leo, et al, have done good jobs of getting the issue out to enough people. Remember there are always people out there willing to challenge what the POTUS does and it doesn’t even take an American to do it. Think about the other parts of the world that would love to see us in further chaos, countries that may not agree with trade agreements/treaties/withdrawals/etc. He will be challenged and when it happens it will be by those with powerful backing.
Leo, don’t give up hope. You, and others, have done a patriotic service for us. It may not happen this round, but you’ve laid the groundwork for others.

So, can’t you see you are not in this alone? We the People faxed, called, and threw tantrums so your cases were docketed propertly.
In another post, you asked what more you could do because you filed misconduct charges against the SCOTUS clerk and with the NJ Judicial Conduct Committee and nothing happened.
Read your own previous comment: tell the people who to fax, call, and throw a tantrum in front of…we will spread the word and it will happen. Do you want us to contact Roberts about Bickell? We will do it. Do you want us to contact the NJ Judicial Conduct Committee, we will do it.
We have to keep fighting. I know that people are planning on calling and faxing the SCOTUS tomorrow morning. So what if they don’t like it? They aren’t supposed to like it. So what if they get irritated. We want them to get irritated.
Leo, the point is we have an army of people who are here to help you out and are doing things. Our Founding Fathers put up with a lot worse than this. My grandparents came over to this country on a freighter and two children died along the way. That didn’t stop them from coming, having more children, and building a life. Our soldiers have gone overseas to fight for this country and constitution and many have died or returned injured. We can not let these people down.
Read your own words: the people called, faxed, and threw temper tantrums. Now that you have gotten over revering the SCOTUS and thinking they are respectable and honorable, maybe we can really get something done.

[Ed. Real quick. The lower courts messed with him, but only in their decisions, not in the procedure. So his procedural history was tighter. In Cort's case we asked specifically, and cited law thereto, for the Court to accept his application as a full petition for "writ of cert and/or mandamus and/or prohibition"... I didn't ask the Court to do that and that's why mine is still listed as pending. Cort's is not listed as pending because we asked the Court to review it as if it were a full petition.
Also, in Cort's application I spepcifically mentioned Article 6 Section 3, oath of office required under US Constitution for SOS.
I also cited SCOTUS in a case which said the oath must be upheld or the person who took it is at war with the oath. I didn't cite that case in mine.
Cort's lower Court decision by the CONN Sup Ct. was atrocious and filled with error. The Judge tried to make a fiction out of his claim by applying a statute to Cort that was only applicable to "candidates or electors".
Also, in Court's case we cited McCarthy vs. Briscoe, in mine we didn't.
In Cort's application, i handled the nbc issue in a much stronger fashion, much more scholarly argument.
I'm probably missing a thing or two as well. It just kicked ass. And it was flagged for anthrax. Wow.]

One other thing I took away from Kim Wong Ark that I thought was extremely important. Kim’s parents were here doing business, paying taxes….living under the jurisdiction of the US. They were not here living under the jurisdiction of China. Although they eventually returned to China years later, they were permanent residents here…Unlike Obama Senior.

Yes, he will administer the oath, possibly, unless they rule otherwise; however, he still has that seed-thought in this mind that you planted. Once you have it, the thought is there. And who knows if he nurtured that thought in any way. As we don’t know someone’s mind. I can’t imagine reading your legal case, knowing what it is, then just erasing it from my mind. I don’t think it’s possible.
Haven’t you ever had someone say something to you that at first sounded crazy, yet the thought of what they said stayed with you? So you say to yourself, hm…there may be something to this and I need to check it out. I just call it a seed-thought because I don’t know what else to call it. The Scriptures work in this regard when they talk about the heart, which it’s translated into the English as, although except for a couple of places it does mean the ticker in your chest. Most of the time it means the mental heart; mind (leb in Hebrew). It’s talking about what’s in your mind.
So who’s to know how the justices are reading this lawsuit. You never know, the one who seems to be the weakest one to us may be the strongest one. It’s something that only Yahweh knows, not us. But what I’m saying to you is this, if they read it and discussed it — or even just read it, the seed-thought is in their minds. You can’t dismiss something like that just automatically. It’s planted in your mind. And you must keep in mind that your lawsuits are truth, so that’s a plus. If they deny your lawsuit and have just the least doubt whatsoever in their mind, it’s going to be bad for them later. Just works that way.
You may think that I’m talking bull, but I’m not, Leo. I’m just trying to explain the best that I can. We can’t judge what’s in someone’s mind. I have seen people throughout the years who search for truth, find much of it and turn away from it. Yet you’d think that they were the ones who would make it. Not so! Some of the ones who I personally thought would turn away, didn’t.
The other night I told you to study the battle of Midway, that this was a turning point in our nation’s history. If you’ll study what the interviews of the men said and some decent history on it, you’ll see clearly that Yahweh stuck his hand in it or his finger and changed things. Many times throughout history he may do this. Normally he allows things to go on and work themselves out, but he changed the course in this battle — for his purpose. However, he could still do it again now. When you study chronology and stuff like that, you’ll see that we have a 7 left now, well, a little over that. What I mean is, he does things by 7 years at a time. The last 7 is almost here, which is basically for the unconditional covenant agreement. Just a little more than one more 7 left. After this, he will step away from us and see how we shall go. It’s not over yet.

Maybe the Supreme Court simply wants to wait for a constitutional violation to occur. It is true, is it not, that nothing in the Constitution prohibits putting an unqualified candidate on the ballot? I think the Court may indeed not have wanted to act preemptively and preferred to act only *after* a violation occurs. That would be if and when Congress certifies the votes of the Electoral College. Until then, perhaps the Supreme Court is acting quite rightly. That is, if we cannot point to a violation that has already occurred, which we cannot (as far as I understand what’s happened), let’s watch what happens when a constitutional violation actually takes place.
[Ed There was a Constitutional violation of Article 6 Section 3, and SCOTUS don't care. Apparently the oath of office means nothing to them even thought they have ruled that to disobey the oath of office is to be at war with it... and I cited that case in Cort's brief. SCOTUS were afraid of my briefs. That's why we faced such treachery by their rabid attack dog Bickell. That's where Im at on this. They were scared of these briefs and this issue. ]

If it is over Bush would have approved Obama moving into the Blair House early like he wanted. Even if the Blair House is booked, you tell the people that the President-Elect wants to move in early and your reservations are cancelled. They get put up somewhere else. This move by Obama is obvious…the closer to the White House the more credibility he gets…not about his kids and school. The ONLY reason Bush would deny this request is if there is a problem with Obama on the horizon. This is one of the subtle incidents that gives a clue of what’s to come.

You must be exhausted keeping up with these comments. When I saw that your case was not on SCOTUSBLOG on Friday, I immediately figured that the case was lost, as was the pattern last week. Maybe this has crossed your mind, maybe not, but I found this thought from a commenter at Texas Darlin a little intriguing (although I disagree with the idea that the electors won’t vote for Obama):
A few comforting thoughts have occurred to me overnight and throughout the day – a true “light bulb” moment in time:
The SCOTUS cannot and should not step in until there is a Constitutional issue. There has not been one as yet. The document does not give us the right to vote for an eligible candidate – it just says the POTUS must meet certain requirements. There is no POTUS elected yet. It says the Electoral College must vote. They have not voted yet. Although it is unlikely, it is still possible that the EC will vote for an eligible candidate. The point is, nothing untoward has happened yet, from the viewpoint of the Constitution.
Donofrio’s case asked for a stay of the EC vote AND a writ of certiorari, the latter would grant hearing the case on its merits. All that has happened so far is that the SCOTUS denied the stay of the EC. In retrospect, even though I was distressed by that decision, I think it was correct. Why would they step in when something unconstitutional has not yet happened? The issue would not be ripe and that is not the High Court’s job.
“Moreover, they did not rule on the writ of cert for Donofrio. They seemed to fast track the Wrotnowski case for immediate conference today – at least fast for them. In the orders the SCOTUS released this past Monday, there was a case denied a stay and cert, so clearly that is their procedure.

[Ed, Wishful thinking, but it fails to take into account that the case was about the Secretaries of State and whether their oath means anything and whether they have a duty to investigate the eligibility of the candidates... SCOTUS didn't have to find - right now - whether or Obama is a nbc... instead, they could have ordered the SOS of NJ and/or Conn to do their job and uphold their Articl 6 Section 3 duty to uphold the Constitution by forcing them to investigate Obama's BC, and then if he came back with a genuine BC... then and only then would Obama's nbc status require analysis by SCOTUS.
Nothing will happen after the EC. The deal is done. Obama will be your President. I'm not as worried about that as I am about what this means for the Constitution and that SCOTUS seems to be other than SUPREME. In other words, I'm not impressed with them at all.]

My Grandson pulled this book, Dr. Seuss,” Horton Hears a Who”, published 1954, out of the many books he has, this past week.
I have had to read this over and over these past several days.
To tell you the truth, even though we have had this book for several years, and even though it was published before I was born, I have never read it.
The first time I read it, it made me think of you, Leo. It made me think of our nation.
We must not stand back and be quiet.
We MUST not give up.
This is our nations darkest hour. The time for all Americans who have blood that is red. To come to the aid of their country! We’ve GOT to make noises in greater amounts! So, open your mouth, lad! For every voice counts.
I will make sure this book stays on the coffee table, in hopes of my Grandson wanting to hear it again.
There is a great lesson to be learned from Horton Hears a Who.

Perhaps (a really strong perhaps) Mr. Donofrio is right in his lack of faith in the Supreme Court will hear the simple plea to consider the NBC question…what now? Again, perhaps he’s right that it’s time to take a deep breath and admit the truth…time for a stiff drink, pleasant company, a few laughs…yes, tomorrow I’ll be at the Tennessee state house at 0900 to show my displeasure with process, write a few letters to congressional representatives prior to January 6th, in other words j*rk off. All of us should derive some solace from the fact this constitutional issue will not go away…too many folks are aware and will press the issue to some form of resolution. Mr. Donofrio was the first salvo and we should congratulate him for his energy and commitment. If I had been kicked in the jimmy so many times, I would sit down for a rest and let the swelling go down. Thanks, again, Mr. Donofrio for what you have done and obviously suffered as a consequence.

Why would anyone expect the Justices to not deny Cort’s application to stay the Electoral College?
Stopping the electoral process, at this point, makes no sense. It makes a heck of a lot more sense to let the process continue without interruption. This way, there is no harm if Obama is deemed eligible to be president; and there is no harm if Obama is deemed ineligible.
If Obama is later found to be ineligible, we need a new election anyway, in which case, allowing the current electoral process to continue does no harm other than waste the electors’ time. I simply don’t see the Court stopping, interrupting or intervening in the Electoral College in any way at this time.
However, I would expect the Justices to undertake some kind of inquiry into Obama’s eligibility, while the electoral process continues merrily on its way. If they don’t start some kind of investigation or hearing, I would agree, there is something pathologically wrong in scotusville.
In any event, you fought the good fight, and I deeply appreciate and respect your tireless effort.

Every time you answer a poster saying there is no constitution it reminds me of when i was a little kid.As i was growing up people kept telling me there is no Santa Clause,there is no Easter Bunny or tooth fairy.I did not believe them until i got older and wiser.As i got older and wiser i also became sadder.I had lost something along the way that i could never get back.The innocence of my youth, a time when i believed in things that were not true.They were good things to believe in but alas they were a fantasy.I understand how you feel.Are you wiser now?Does being wiser now make you sadder?Angry?Do you feel cheated and betrayed?Well don’t .There are things in this world that are not a fantasy.I found that out growing up too.It made me feel less sad and so i continue growing older and wiser.There are things i can still believe in that are true.Those things are Hope,Faith Love and most important to me God.

Representative Presents Proof of Citizenship Bill

Republican Representative Mike Ritze has introduced a bill requiring candidates who file for office in Oklahoma to show proof of citizenship.
The idea came about from the controversy around whether President-elect Barack Obama meets the U.S. Constitutions citizenship requirements.
Ritze’s bill requires all candidates, running for any office, to show a copy of a certified birth certificate as well as driver’s license or other government-issued identification upon registering with the Election Board.
Currently, candidates must only sign an affidavit stating they are registered voters. Ritze doesn’t think Obama’s submitted birth certificate is authentic.
The U.S. Supreme Court wouldn’t hear a challenge of Obama’s electoral eligibility Monday, but more challenges are pending. The certificate Obama has shown reflects a birthdate and place of August 4th, 1961 in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Even without the NBC angle, I’ve, from the beginning with this choice, continued to ask “where’s the beef”? And THAT’s really the true assessment of where this country now stands – completely void of any ability to discern any longer just what is still necessary for that post of greatest responsibility. Generations now of those who would just as soon have the inmates running the asylum. Great masses of similar narcissistic immaturity and inexperience….and rather suicidal in such an attitude. They won’t know what they had or how dearly it was paid for until they lose it. And they seem pretty eager to do just that and run right over that cliff, willingly destroying all safeguards, for now and for the future, for their protection.

Whether or not SCOTUS hears the case has nothing to do with the integrity of the pleading.
Your “conspiracy theory” about SCOTUS directing the clerk may very well be true. I would also like to throw in my theory that the big conservative talkers are completely ignoring the issue because it would make golden boy Bobby Jindal ineligible for POTUS as well. This makes me furious. I believe in fairness and the importance of law, even if it inconveniences me.

Jan 6, 2009 is an important date as you know. Congress has the power to affrim the electorial votes or deny them as you know. Lets keep hope alive as Obama has said and hope there will be just 1 US Senator and 1 US Congressman who will question Obama’s qualifications as a candidate. You know they can. It is possible a debate will take place that will reveal Obama is a dual citizen. Remember it takes 2 to tango, 1 Senator and 1 Congressman. Leo don’t give up. I know I won’t. If you give up you lose and never win. I say file another lawsuit. Retreat if necessary to fight another day but never give up Leo.

After forty years of teaching philosophy and witnessing our beloved nation’s headlong abandonment of traditional religious, ethical, sexual, and life-respecting values, I share your fear that God has decided to punish us as a people. He appeared to intervene in 2000 when SCOTUS and two separate Florida state courts simultaneously ruled so as to terminate the Gore candidacy on December 12 (feast day of Our Lady of Guadalupe). Any chance of refining it down to focus strictly on Obama, and filing it against the Congress should they certify the results of the Electoral College and make Obama President. Hopefully, that won’t happen and Wrotnowski case is heard, or Congress acts, but if all else fails, what can or will you do?

I looked up the term pro se litigant. It means filing a lawsuit with out counsel, but of course you were your own counsel. I have found a link to study how to do this myself.

12 Washington voters sue to set aside the election of Barack Obama in Washington.
Bellevue, WA, December 10, 2008 — The Washington Supreme Court has set a date for the case Broe v. Reed, to be heard en banc on January 8, 2009.
On December 4, 2008, James (Jim) Broe and 11 other Washington voters sued Secretary of State Sam Reed in the Washington Supreme Court, seeking a Writ of Mandamus to require the Secretary to set aside the votes cast for Senator Barack Obama, because at the time of the election, Senator Obama had failed to establish that he was a “natural born citizen” of the United States, failed to establish that he was an American citizen, and that he was not running under his legal name of Barry Soetoro.
“The issue of standing seems to be behind us,” said Stephen Pidgeon, counsel for the plaintiffs. “What remains is to establish the duty of the Secretary of State, under Article III, Sections 4 and 17 of the Washington constitution, under RCW 29A.04.230 which names the Secretary as the state’s chief of elections, and under relevant administrative codes which also require the Secretary to act.”
Pidgeon goes on to say that “each candidate that stands in a primary election must make a declaration of candidacy, stating that ‘at the time of filing this declaration, I am legally qualified to assume office if elected.’ The Secretary of State has a constitutionally imposed duty to determine if the candidate is telling the truth.”
[Ed. I've told their conusel that they have a strong case IF they force the issue of why Roger Calero was forced from Washington ballots... if they accept the run around on that issue, they have dropped the ball. This is the only thing which separates the Washington case form the other caes. In NJ the SOS let Calero on the ballots, but in Washington Calero was forced off the ballots and this had to be done by the SOS office. If they are now saying that they have no authority to look into eligibility of Obama -- then how did they go about getting rid of Calero? When I spoke to Steve Pigeon on PLains Radio, he seemed in the dark about Calero. And I told him, "Steve, you MUST look into this." I think Steve Pigeon will look into it, but if he doesn't then the case will fail and the opportunity will be gone.
I have said form the start that Washington is the best state because they got rid of Calero. Make sure that the Calero issue is resolved in the Washington case. Stay on them over that if you think there's any chance. SCOTUS will just punt regardless, but if you want to make it hard on them, make sure the Washington case includes an explanation about Calero.

Personally, I must keep trying all possible venues no matter what the outcome. I will write to my representatives in Congress this week. They may not care about me and I am more likely to win the lottery than influence them, but these “lottery tickets” are cheap and I must try to win for generations to come.
Would it be okay if I include some of the information that you have posted here (with credits of course)?
I will also write Chief Justice Roberts and remind him of his personal responsibility. The Oath administered by the Chief Justice should not be a wholly ceremonial rubber stamp. We know that he knows about the problem now, and he personally needs to accept that his part in this farce is a historically huge mistake. Until he actually administers the Oath, he has a chance to come to terms with himself and find the courage to act for the Constitution. (Or perhaps he will just “call in sick” and give the “honor” to someone like Justice Ginsberg.)
A previous post acknowledged that many people had relied on you to do what must be done while they watched. The ball is back in our court now, and maybe a couple of us will win the lottery if we all step up and “buy the right tickets”.
Question:
Will you still argue Cort’s case if Hell freezes over and the Nine hear his case? If you feel you are playing in a rigged game and feel that you can’t win, is there someone else who would be able to argue it in your place?

I think that SCOTUS should address this case for three reasons:
1. To finally provide clear legal apodictic interpretation to this issue of “first impression” – NBC.
2. To set standards for vetting that presidential candidates, indeed all candidates meet the constitutional requirements for the elected office they aspire to. since, the SoS don’t vet/qualify the candidates the media doesn’t and the people are too sheepishly stupid to do so; I believe this is a prime opportunity for the SCOTUS via a writ of mandamus to the SoS CT set a precedent for the process that each SoS should go through in order to vet a candidate and place the candidate on the ballot.
3. Once and for all, for posterity address the issue of Obama’s citizenship. There are simply too many questions about Obama’s citizenship that will never go away without the NBC issue being addressed and at a minimum his long form BC being produced. If they don’t do this, then they’ve set the precedent for any con-man in the future to bluff his way into the office.
I believe these are three strong reasons why the case should be heard an argued on its merits. If they truly deny Cort’s application as I also suspect they will given Friday’s silence of the lambs…then I too fear this great country is gone. Very sad! I still can’t believe that Alito, Roberts, Scalia & Thomas could not provide the four votes to push this through to oral arguments. That baffles me. What say you Leo D, on all these points?

I listened to all of your radio shows and was given such hope and encouragement and now it is such a letdown. I am so saddened by this words cannot describe my sorrow. I can’t blame you I know that you tried. You had encouraged millions of people and we were all behind you 100%. I know you left Lan’s show because of that stupid nazi sign and then left Ed because of the hiv comment but what about us that have done nothing but supported, encouraged and prayed for you. [What's the difference how many people know the issues? The SCOTUS is closed to us. Votes are tabulated by touch screen BS... not one Secretary of State or Judge in the entire country wanted to see Obama's BC. It's a misconception that my case and Cort's didn't hit the BC issue, we did... and the SCOTUS didn't give a crap about it or the more solid non fact based legal argument that the man was a Brit and Kenyan at the time he was born.

To All…….Scalia is but one voice among nine and D’Onofrio is but one voice among millions. It occurs to me that the discoverer of America was Columbus and America was named for Amerigo Vespucci, all of these mentioned are of Italian descent. Not that that has any great bearing on anything we’ve been talking about here for there have been millions of great Americans of British, Spanish, Irish, German, African, etc etc etc descent…the list of nationalities & their contributions is endless that have sacrificed for this great Nation.
But, what are the odds that these four men of Italian descent would be so prominent in the history of this great Nation…the Namesake, the Discoverer, the lone Justice of reasonable voice, & lastly the lone voice of God, Country, Reason, Truth, Honesty, & Patriotism fighting the injustice currently at hand? History will tell us what Leo’s place will be. Maybe its all just a roll of the dice, maybe it’s all just coincidence, but you do have to admit the oddity of the similarity between them.
Our fight however is not based on nationality, it is based on ideology. The belief that what our Founding Fathers (a bunch of English radicals in their day) felt was worth fighting & dying for is still relevant today. The experiment that they put into practice in 1776 is still viable & is STILL in place as I write this. It is up to us, their heirs to this great experiment to continue the fight. Don’t let them down, don’t let your families or your friends down, most of all don’t let America down, for ideology knows no time limit.
If you never served your Country in time of war or peace, if you never were in a situation or position to do something for America then NOW is the time to have your voice heard.
This Country has been so good to you. All you had to do was live here, be a good citizen, go to school, get a job, possibly serve in the military, raise a family, more often than not kick back on a holiday & enjoy a barbeque & enjoy life. If Leo is really done with this & I don’t believe that for a New York (or Jersey) minute, then the rest of us need to continue the fight.
I can’t imagine looking up at my flagpole some day & saluting my “Global One World” flag. I’ve lived looking up to the American flag and I’ve decided to die looking up to it. The people still have a voice in this country if we want it to be heard. Or, we can go like sheep, quietly into the night & be slaughtered. Make up your minds soon, the clock is ticking down.

Way to go Leo – I’m a drummer, an MBA student, and a research specialist – I couldn’t have said it better myself. 3/4 of Americans have no idea what’s going on and the other fourth has labeled us all conspiracists.
I have read all of the available court docs, poured over the constitution, the Federalist papers, all docs and personal letters I could find with regard to the framers “intent,” and the Hawaiian civil/health code until my head was ready to burst. My conclusion is that if there is a conspiracy, it is being conducted by our government, not “We the People.”

I do hope that you follow up this experience with a book.
This too would be an artistic endeavor.
You may of course have trouble finding a publisher, however with your drive I fail to see this slowing you down much. My main concern is that it would be distributed and available to the public prior to the coming ban on inappropriate and unapproved materials.(according to them)
Of course nothing like that could possibly occur, except that with the advent of tyranny this always occurs!
On another note scores of millions will pay no attention whatsoever to the goings on in court tomorrow, and will have no sense of historical perspective either.
Another day at Starbucks ,Christmas shopping, and glee at the prospect of the future with the new president bringing them hope.

For the record I believe there is more going on that have steered the actions of people throughout the media than we know, the normal detractors would not touch this and even admonished those who took an interest. Someday we may find out why, but will it matter?

Dear Leo — I am not sure if this has been announced here yet, but it seems to me this should be bigger news, unless I am missing something. The case of Broe vs. Reed, in Washington state, has been set for a hearing en banc in the Washington Supreme Court on Jan 8, 2009.
Is that a big deal? It seems to me, this is the first of it’s kind that has not been denied. Wondering why it is not causing a flurry of news, unless this isroutine? your input, please? thanks.

When the popular vote was declared, I felt my country had died. And with the loss swooop, was the echo of realization that “Everything of this world must go” , and the feeling of falling away.
We are to be citizens of Heaven through Jesus Christ. I had not realized how much I was still connected to the “World” through the country and my patriotism.
I do believe we are in the Last Days, and have been awaiting the emminent Rapture. Belief in Obama is an anti-Christ model. The mass delusion and edifying of him was instructive that indeed Revelation can happen.
I thought that GOD had turned away from America. Your website gave me hope that perhaps in the ferver that ignited you, righteous passion was demonstrating that GOD was giving us another chance.
I am always heartened that He would not have destroyed Sodom if one righteous person could have been found.
As a resident of the Central region of the country, I was also heartened that the recent conjuction of planets with the sliver moon was not seen here. GOD was obviously protecting this Christian belt from the Islam heavenly event.
All battles are Spiritual now. Do what you can to remain strong in the LORD. (that includes JOY).

12 Washington voters sue to set aside the election of Barack Obama in Washington.
Bellevue, WA, December 10, 2008 — The Washington Supreme Court has set a date for the case Broe v. Reed, to be heard en banc on January 8, 2009.
On December 4, 2008, James (Jim) Broe and 11 other Washington voters sued Secretary of State Sam Reed in the Washington Supreme Court, seeking a Writ of Mandamus to require the Secretary to set aside the votes cast for Senator Barack Obama, because at the time of the election, Senator Obama had failed to establish that he was a “natural born citizen” of the United States, failed to establish that he was an American citizen, and that he was not running under his legal name of Barry Soetoro.
“The issue of standing seems to be behind us,” said Stephen Pidgeon, counsel for the plaintiffs. “What remains is to establish the duty of the Secretary of State, under Article III, Sections 4 and 17 of the Washington constitution, under RCW 29A.04.230 which names the Secretary as the state’s chief of elections, and under relevant administrative codes which also require the Secretary to act.”
Pidgeon goes on to say that “each candidate that stands in a primary election must make a declaration of candidacy, stating that ‘at the time of filing this declaration, I am legally qualified to assume office if elected.’ The Secretary of State has a constitutionally imposed duty to determine if the candidate is telling the truth.”

I understand the emotional pleas many of you have made (heart), but Leo (brain) is right. I’ve watched our rights erode, every aspect of our lives become hyper-regulated, and Congress defy the will of the people. It’s over.
Take a look around your home and look at your life. What part isn’t regulated by a local, state, or federal agency? WHY would you think SCOTUS would side with you? Their loyalty is to their fellow elites, not the unwashed who serve them. Time to leave the reservation.

I think we all just need a great big group hug here! This feels a bit like pre-grief….the waiting and hoping…fearing the worst. Perhaps it is a systemic illness that has invaded all three branches, the media, etc. but you have been like a bone marrow transplant that has given energy to the fight when no one really knew or wanted to approach this.
You and many on this blog are intelligent, creative, America loving, and I suspect God fearing people. I don’t believe any of us will stop having those qualities no matter what the court decides. Doubt is a challenge to trust in God! I will continue to pray that God will give wisdom to all of us, especially the SCOTUS tomorrow. If the fix is in, I pray He turns their hearts. He seems to do that a lot with the most unlikely characters of the Bible.
Leo, I think you have a most interesting sense of humor and I’m sorry some are offended but sometimes sarcastic humor is a great release when things look pretty sad or bad. Like the music….good luck.
Who knows, there might be a really beautiful song that will come from all of this. A lot of great people came together for a cause larger than themselves. The Constitution is alive, working just the way it is supposed to. This will be obvious on Monday when the electoral college meets in every state to cast votes for the Presidency, in accordance with procedures set out in the original Constitution & the 12th and 20th amendments.
The Constitution does not require the Supreme Court to rule on every case submitted to it, and it definitely does not require that the Court side with an argument presented by a particular litigant. Hillary Clinton is an experienced lawyer with a talented legal staff at her disposal, yet in all the months she was putting in millions of her own money to run against Obama, she never tried to advance the argument that her American-born opponent was disqualified because of his father’s citizenship status.
Just because YOU can dig up antiquated commentary in order to advance your argument doesn’t mean that the Court is going to buy into it.
Almost 67 million American voters went to the polls and chose Obama; 58 million preferred McCain, who had the good grace on election night to be able to count and recognize that he had lost the election because he lost the popular vote. These were the two men who ended up being the nominees of their respective parties, and have been chosen by the majority of Americans.
That you are disappointed in the Supreme Court’s rejection of your application is understandable. That you decry it as the death of our Constitution when the alternative would be to overturn a national election, leaving our nation without a popularly elected leader at a time of crisis, when our nation is at war and our economy is a shambles — is far more troubling.
Next time you are worried about the qualifications of a Presidential candidate, I would suggest raising your concerns before the primaries — at a time when they can be aired and considered without derailing the entire electoral process.

I’m going to bed. It’s late here on the east coast. When I get up tomorrow (I plan on sleeping in late) and check the news, I hope I find out that you are wrong about SCOTUS. If not, then I agree with you, this country and all of us are doomed. Especially are children and grandchildren. Our country will not be the country we knew. Nor the one I served my country for in the military for 33 years. I swore an oath to uphold and defend our constitution. I will keep fighting this in any way I can until the day “That One” is sworn in, if he is. At that point, I will have to move on. He’ll be the country’s President at that point, but not mine. I will not consider his orders to be lawful orders. But until then I will keep battling this every step of the way. God bless you for the work you have done. You have move the ball down field a long way. You have honed the argument to a fine edge. Maybe someone else can force threw the final defense and reach our goal. But if SCOTUS, who has the ball right now, punts again on this, well you did your best. Best wishes with your art and music pursuits.

The media blackout, and Obama’s communication machine gave SCOTUS the room to ignore this issue. The public has been tricked, and those of us who have been exposed to this issue have been shocked by what we experienced. This whole situation came upon us so quickly that we all scrambled to become organized and fight against Obama’s “community organizers”. They overwhelmed us, and so far they may be winning, but it is not over. “We The People” can make SCOTUS and the media miserable, and we will. It may take much longer than expected, but what good fights are won in a short time?
I saw the WTP video for National Press Club conference last week, and had hoped to see you there. It was pretty intense. Everyone who watched it so far has been glued to the story. I hope you keep up the fight. We are here to support you.
You, Berg, Teiz and others are the warriors, and you are all part of history. Regardless of what happens now, the truth will come out eventually. No matter how much this story is buried, it will keep surfacing. It’s like buried glass; no matter how much dirt you throw on top of it, it keeps rising above the soil line when it rains.

Well, After looking at the past decisions from SCOTUS and noting when they make them, the one thing I know is that there is no pattern at all to the way they do things. They grant and deny cases on Fridays, Mondays and Tuesdays. The day doesn’t matter. So It’s not over until it’s over. But with the extreme way in which Leo has been replying to comments acting it seems as though he has either completely given up or… could it be that he knows something that he can’t tell anyone and he’s feeling playful? Hmmm??? It’s probably neither.
Of course my tin hat has been shorting out lately and I’m seeing conspiracies everywhere. That guy at 7/11 is starting to look a lot like Elvis and he has a Hawaiian Birth certificate.
Oh Well… they can take away our liberty but they can’t take away our Humor!

OK, I saw the following, and that there is going to be an en banc hearing on January 8th for the Washington state case. It makes an argument about “natural born” but also goes on about the BC stuff. And setting aside the election results in WA sometime after Jan. 8th — even if it happens — won’t do much for undoing the Electoral College voting on Dec. 15th.

Leo, I agree, the SC is playing for time–they only came this far to pacify–I do have one other idea.
What if the SC is holding down the fort so to speak?? If Fitzgerald got word to them long ago, either Obama will be indicted, or the deal being made to Rezko or Blago is too sweet to pass on and they ’sing’, then the SC isn’t held responsible for taking his award away, his arrogant hubris is the cause.
Yes, the SC is taking the cowardly way out if they handle it like this–but it will save our country.
If tomorrow brings other news, the SC couldn’t stand the pressure.
Then, the country can see they are just humans after all–they made a mistake and will continue to do so.

The big losers in all of this are the judges. They have shown they are unwilling to uphold the Constitution & that makes it pretty much over for that document, I think. Oh, yes and the Government controlled Media have also proven to be lame losers in all of this: mocking anyone questioning the obvious that Obama is a fraud. Give me a break. They are playing to the uninformed masses.

Leo, have you ever watched the movie, “Magic Christian?” Our Govt. Is diving into a vat of puke, blood, and shit all for the sake of money (and power). It’s all about greed and re-election and it makes me sick to my stomach.
I had a face-to-face with my congresswoman with regard to the NBC issue and she politely directed me to the BC posted on Fight the Smears and thanked me for my support (I didn’t vote for her.) I doubt she has ever bothered to read the constitution. How can our elected representatives swear to uphold a document that they are totally unfamiliar with? The system is broken and (I believe) it’s too far gone to repair. I am at my wits end.
