[UPDATE 01.22.09 Whoever hacked the Citizenspook blog has now removed the offensive material. The only fireworks I brought to Philadelphia were my chess moves. Tricks are for kids. Angels on the other hand...]
Listen up people. Somebody hacked into to my CITIZENSPOOK blog – which I haven’t posted on since 2007 – and left a message alleged to be from me which advocates violence. Let me be perfectly clear – I DID NOT POST THAT SHIT. Violence is never the answer for anything. I follow the Lord Jesus Christ who gave his life to prove that it’s better to be slain then to slay. I can’t get back into that blog to remove the post about the movie “V”. That’s not me.
Let me be clear what my plan is to make a difference in this world. I’m going to become a chess grandmaster. I’m going to win more World Series of Poker bracelets than anybody ever has. My band – SCHIZO FUN ADDICT – is going to have a plethora of hit records and I’m going to win a major golf tournament. And I’m writing screenplays for movies that will blow your mind. Those are my dreams. And as they happen, then you will know me and you will listen to me and feel my love for Love.
Fuck all forms of violence. I’m a turn the other cheek person. So the satanic losers can do their worst. They lose in the end.

Leo – I am sorry to hear about your site being hacked and someone attempting to make you look bad.
[Ed. When you consider that somebody hacked my blog on January 13 and put false words in my mouth hinting at a bombing... and then Obama shows up at the Sheraton City Center Hotel in Philadelphia on January 16 with bomb sniffing dogs...and three full floors of security people - and I'm supposed to be there playing in the Liberty Bell Open Chess tournament and staying in the hotel that night --- well, it kinda makes one paranoid.
Lucky for me the weather was so bad traveling back from Las Vegas and I was a day late. But I got there the next day and went on to WIN the chess tournament in my division and a $704.50 check. I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AT THAT HOTEL. Was Obama supposed to be there? And now I've noticed that whoever hacked my Citizen Spook blog just removed the bullshit post they put up.]
It is good you caught it and could post this rebuttal (I hope the word gets out!)… too bad you can not just take down the site. On a different topic I want to share… I have been following the Berg cases and the Bowen vs. Lightfoot case using links directly to the SCOTUS website to see updates on the Dockets. As of today I can no longer link and see updates. Any ideas how I can get information on the status of these cases?

I thought that you should be aware of the fact that the Orly Taitz (Lightfoot v. Bowen), WROTNOWSKI, and yours- all three cases have been removed from the SCOTUS docket today!

Someone has done away with your case, Wrotnowski case, Taitz case & all but one of Berg’s cases — at SCOTUS. The coup is upon us… All the archives are gone from the White House.gov site too.

I’m very glad you are well and still researching! We NEED people like you to carry the flag about all the Gov’t is up to in their attempt to deprive us of the rest of our rights.
I do find your 4-letter words objectionable, frankly. Primarily as they were unneccessary to the gist of the sentence.
However, if it makes you happy–then go on! (it IS your web site, after all!)
If Berg gets ANYthing actually in front of them for evidence presentation–is it not better than nothing? Should we continue to write the SCOTUS–or is it a waste of time?

I am so absolutely disappointed. Citizenspook was one of my favorite blogs of all time. Ever. Now…… now I have to hang my head in shame. You went from the lone voice of rationality, logic, and coherence; to just another follower of the birther gravy-train.
As Citizenspook, you gave me hope and made me think. Now, I think I’m going to be sick.

I found a couple of anti-hacker tech specialist, patriots. Watch for them…sent ‘em over.
FOR THE READERS…CONTINUE TO WRITE TO SCOTUS. CONTACT YOUR CONGRESSMAN PERSONALLY… be gentle with the information. May be start with the Hawaii birth registration law…. show actual. Avoid saying the other birth doc is fake (that just shuts em down) say it’s not adequate…. Doesn’t matter huh? It’s not the right doc.
Then the two citizen parent thing seems to be hard for gen public to digest…so Feel out your audience. Give em what they can take.

Leo I’m glad to see that you are interested in joining the rest of the concerned citizens of this country in attempting to protect the Constitution.
However, its not news that the Congress is the only body with the power to remove a sitting President. I learned this in Govt 105 in 1966. So its a well known fact and not a major revelation. If it is proven that Barack Obama is ineligible to be President of the United States the leadership of the House and Senate will make a determination of whether or not to remove him from office.
[Ed. Read the blog again. The concept involves educating the public that the District Court DC is the only Judicial body with authority to act on the POTUS elgibility issue as delegated by Congress... all other judicial attempts will fail due to separation of powers. The House and Senate leadership are not going to remove Obama or begin and investigation to do so. However, quo warranto provides that we don't have to wait for them to do the right thing (they've proved they won't), but an older wiser Congress enacted the quo warranto statute and unless this new congress might repeal that act, they can't do anything about it.]
The GOP has decided to run Bobby Jindal for President in 2012. Jindal does not pass the Natural Born Citizen smell test so from now until 2012 you will see GOP senators insisting that Barack Obama has already proven his citizenship with the Hawaii’n COLB. End of story.
This sad situation our country finds itself in is not going to be remedied in the courts. The states will ultimately move in unison and exert their constitutional powers under the 10th Ammendment to rein in the Central government. There is no other way at this point.
You would more effectively utilize your legal talents working with the New Jersey state house on a sovereignty bill and legislation to require future Presidential candidates to provide satisfactory evidence of eligibility.

Until quo warranto is exausted, nobody can say whether the Govt will obey its tenets or whether a brave US attorney will step up for the sake of the country. everyone charged with the law should have the chance to follow its lead. That's what Im doing now. Trying to educate the public and relevant officials of the public need for quo warranto to be discussed and utilized. I don't see the point in leaving the best possible Constitutional device to accomplish truth at the way side. You do your thing, I'll do mine. But thanks for the suggestion. I'll pass at this point.]
